Sugar Hill’s quiet, unspoiled neighbor is the Virgin Islands National Park, above famous Trunk Bay and the North Shore beaches. You’ll be captivated by the ever-changing shades of blue and turquoise of Johnson's Reef and boats passing 800’ below. The villa’s ideal location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay Town for dinner or shopping. The nearest North Shore beaches are just a 12-minute drive. Care was taken in this beautifully appointed villa to make you feel at home, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. No detail was overlooked. Spectacular Views
This home is amazing. It’s equipped with anything you might need and the views are incredible. Sitting out on the patio with the beautiful view was such a great end to our days. Beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. The pool was perfect for the kids. Having all the beach chairs, towels and coolers made our beach days even better. They truly thought of everything. We will be back!

Perfect in everyway
Great property that exceeded our expectations. Well stocked for hosting a group, great serving items. The house was whistle clean, beds were very comfortable. View and privacy was outstanding. Only compliant was the internet was spotty, but that is more an issue with the island carrier and not the house. The owner and management company were on it to try to help to the degree they could!

Beautiful Escape
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We loved the beautiful view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and privacy. Little touches provided such as coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels made beach days fun and easy. Not once did we have to contact the management company for any concerns throughout our stay. I highly recommend this tastefully decorated gorgeous home! You won’t want to leave!

What a view
Great place, extremely well appointed. The view was spectacular! Good location on the island 10 - 15 mins from most everything. Host was great as well. I would definitely return to this location.

Amazing villa in great great location
This place was absolute paradise. The house had an abundance of amenities and was even more beautiful in person. Our entire family (two adults and two young kids) thoroughly enjoyed it—meals on the outdoor patio, afternoon swims, and good nights’ rests in the comfortable beds. We were a short drive from the the best north shore beaches. The property manager and owners were very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Views are awesome. House as described. Great accommodations! Highly recommend. Owners were great to respond to questions. Driveway is steep, but paved. We had minivan and had no problems getting to house. Views are worth it!

We loved our time at sugar hill villa! The view was amazing and the house had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The driveway is a bit steep but once you’ve done it a few times you’ll be a pro! And having the Midway market and Coco Jim’s so close was great. We also loved being close to the Windmill Bar! Our group ranged from 14-85 and home was perfect!!! Thanks for a great vacation Sugar Hill!

This home is better than advertised! The views were amazing, the house was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed having the beach towels and chairs. The pool was refreshing and the views were spectacular. I would highly recommend this stay! It was worth the price.

Beautiful
Family of 5, our 2nd time in St John. We all enjoyed the house, and everyone thought it was a great house. We had everything we needed, didn’t want for or miss anything. Unfortunately we were out at beaches and dinner every day and didn’t get to spend as much time as I would’ve liked. Would have been a great place to enjoy the pool and beautiful view. Everything about it was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

Dream Vacation
Our stay at Sugar Hill Villa was simply perfect from the moment we walked in the door!! The location and view are breathtaking! The outdoor space was large and our favorite spot to hang out and the layout of the bedrooms worked wonderfully for us. We did have a couple rainy days and didn’t miss a beat as we had a beautiful Villa to spend time in!! This location can’t be beat!! Thank you for sharing Sugar Hill with us!

Amazing Vacation
This house was a fantastic spot for two families to really enjoy St. John. We love cooking wherever we stay and it had everything we needed! The view was unbelievable and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting outside every minute that we could. Even in the occasional 5 min rainstorm that came just twice while we were there. There were plenty of beach towels and we really did not need for anything. The location was our favorite spot in St. John, easy to get to the places we love. It was the best vacation and we can not wait to go back!

Birthday Celebration in STJ
Sugar Hill Villa was the perfect vacation home for our family. There were 6 adults and a toddler in our party. The floor plan worked out very well. The villa was clean and stocked with all the needed supplies for a comfortable stay. The view at Sugar Hill is spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor eating & lounging areas as well. The decor in the home is lovely, and made us all feel even more relaxed. The location was ideal for us. It is close to the beaches, Cruz Bay, and Coral Bay. The hosts were friendly & responsive, and take great pride in their home. We would all recommend staying at Sugar Hill Villa.

We were blown away with this house - not only the view but also the house itself. It was clean, the finishes are great, and we felt in heaven the whole week! Beware of the tretcherous driveway - renters should absolutely have a car with 4 wheel drive - we're lucky we had our jeep! But the steep driveway is worth it for that view!

Outstanding Views
We had a wonderful time at Sugar Hill Villa. The house has everything you would need. We spent the majority of our time outside on the expansive deck looking at the beautiful views. There are plenty of seating areas on the deck so even if it rains, you can be covered. The pool was lovely and the sunsets gorgeous. The Mid Way market was just down the road which was very convenient. The house is situated so it is equally easy to get to the beaches as it is to town. We will be back!!

This house is stunning. People hike hours for a view that this house has simply from the deck. The house itself is even better than the photos. It has everything you need. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for two teenage girls with each their own room. The little details like in the primary shower are incredible and the outside space is perfect. The pool, landscaping, door to half bath… all make for a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend you stop your search right here with Sugar Hill!

A wonderful stay!
This home was everything we wished for as our home base in St. John! It has the best location sitting high above Trunk Bay and the North shore; no picture can fully show the amazing view it has in store. Being on our chartered boat cruising past it did we fully realize the awesome spot we had, nothing like it! A 15 minute drive or less to all the amazing beaches, with a paradise like sanctuary waiting for you is a vacation come true for this family! The villa was furnished so well we wanted for nothing, the owners clearly thought of every need we might have. Kitchen was stocked, the beds and bedding were so comfortable, the beach towels and chairs and coolers were high quality and we wanted for nothing. Coming home to the pool and games and grill was just perfect. Missing that view is the only downside, it stays with you! You’ll be looking into booking the next trip in no time!

The pictures can't even begin to capture how amazing this villa is! The views are spectacular, the villa is immaculately furnished and spotless, and the location is amazing! The villa has every amenity and made the trip so easy. We didn't need to bring anything. We loved everything about our stay here! The owners and property manager were fantastic. Easy to work with and very helpful with tips and advice for our first trip to St. John. The property manager met us when we arrived and took us to the villa to show us around and help us get settled. We stayed with our three teenage boys and there was tons of room. The pool and the view from the pool can't be captured in a picture. No one wanted to leave and we can't wait to get back!

Amazing House!!
My family of 6 stayed at the house for a week. This was an unbelievable home. First off, the customer service from the owners and the management contact was first class all the way. Great communication from owners working out the booking. Tori from Driftwood was the manager, and she went above and beyond to help us out. Including meeting us the Ferry and guiding us to the home. the home itself has an amazing view from the back. My most important feature was the AC! The home had AC in every room, and this was huge. The home was furnished very well, and we needed for nothing. It has the feel of just walking into someone else's home, as it has a very warm feel. Just an outstanding home and service across the board. We rent a lot of VRBO's and actually have our own vacation home we rent out and this set the bar extremely high.
