Nestled in quiet Fish Bay Estate, this delightful villa offers a peaceful mountain view retreat for 1-4 guests. Newly refreshed in and out and new to the rental market this quaint villa is surrounded by palm trees and nature. Sol Cottage Viilaa offers 2 bedrooms including a queen on the main floor, and a king or optional two twin beds on the second floor. The cozy full bathroom features a screened top (to keep pesky bugs out) and island stoned outdoor shower. This lovely property is the perfect home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, TVs, and ACs throughout and a washing machine and dryer during your stay. The pool and deck area are private and surrounded by palm trees and feature a seating area, loungers and a dining table as well as a gas grill and outdoor fridge for easy access to those adult beverages.
Inside there is a dining room, full kitchen, eat in bar and living room with TV.
Each bedroom also has a TV. Delightfully appointed this villa will not disappoint. Owned and operated by the owner of Miller Properties a respected Property Management company on St John.
