Discover our delightful vacation rental, perfectly situated just a 7-minute walk from the ferry dock for easy access to the island's top attractions and activities.

The rental boasts an open space with a Queen-size bed, a dresser, and a sofa, alongside a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.
We provide beach towels and snorkel gear to enhance your beach outings.
For convenience, there's an on-site washer and dryer available at $2 per load (quarters only), so you can pack light.

Please note, there's an additional fee of $250 per night for each guest over two. It's important to accurately list the number of guests when booking to avoid extra charges.

Most visitors to St. John first arrive in Cruz Bay via ferry, which provides stunning views of the island and surrounding waters. Once ashore, you'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options to explore. From local markets and fresh produce stands to upscale restaurants and boutiques, there's something for everyone in Cruz Bay.

For adventure-seekers, there are countless opportunities to book land or sea-based excursions. Take your pick from boat rentals, guided tours, parasailing, kayaking, dinghy rentals, day sails, snorkeling trips, Hobie cats, or even get certified for scuba-diving.

Despite all the hustle and bustle, getting around Cruz Bay is easy and convenient. Open-air taxis are readily available, shuttling beach-goers back and forth during the day, as well as offering sightseeing tours to all the beaches and points of interest on St. John. And if you're looking to rent a car, there are plenty of services available, just remember to drive on the left side of the road!

If you are new to visiting the island, the island experiences power outages and WiFi outages periodically.

The property has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.

We want to let you know that, at the moment, the tap water in our area may not meet the recommended standards for drinking. As a precaution, we suggest refraining from using it for consumption. To ensure your well-being, we recommend opting for bottled water, readily available at local stores. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize your health and comfort.

Insects are present on the island and the additional rain this year has created more presence of gnats and other pests. With your help of keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. You may also experience the impact of the Saharan dust in the units from time to time. Services are performed the beginning of even months. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.

The trash in St. John is collected from the many disposal sites (bin sites) located strategically around St. John for residents and visitors to dispose of their household waste. To reinforce adherence to the house rule requiring guests to deposit their trash at the community collection site, a $500 fee will be imposed for the collection and disposal of any left-behind trash.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Great place
This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare appropriately. Also many cute frogs in the front plants!
