Wonderful Island vacation
The location is beautiful with panoramic views of the water and the home is very accommodating with everything you would need to have a very relaxing time. It is both very private with a great pool just a step from the door and also very well located to access all that St. John has to offer.

Great stay at Stillwaters Villa
My family had a fantastic stay at Stillwaters villa. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The villa was clean and a short ten minute drive from Cruz Bay. Tammy was a great host and responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view
It’s perfect for a larger group and is very clean! Perfect spot to get up in the morning make some coffee and sit out on the deck taking in the views. We will definitely look to stay here again each year!

We loved the house with its great views and relaxing pool. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The property had a full house generator which was wonderful since there were frequent power outages. Tammy, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

Great place to call home
My family and I really enjoyed the house. The open floor plan was perfect and the pool was a great respite from the heat after retiring from the beach. I highly recommend the house if you are considering it.

Nice Beach Week
The Stillwater villa was very nice comfortable place for my self and family. It was convenient to Cruz Bay area store and restaurants. Also a short drive to beaches and area attractions. We enjoyed the abundant sea-life with multiple snorkeling adventures. Also we enjoyed the views from the deck and pool on evenings.

Open, airy and clean. When power went out due to tropical storm we had a generator to make our stay pleasant. Deep pool, perfect for cannonball jumps. Beautiful views and nice property.

Peaceful Retreat
Still Waters was perfect for our family of five. Gorgeous views of the water, island and mountains from the wrap around deck and floor to ceiling sliders. A peaceful and relaxing spot to come back to after fun and busy days adventuring and exploring the island of St. John.

Incredible Views
Tammy is an unbelievably responsive and thoughtful host. The patio and views are phenomenal. The loft area is exposed to the family room below - good to know if staying here with kids! The location is good because it’s a very short drive to almost everything on this side of the island, Cruz Bay included. Rent a car because not walkable! The only complaint we have is that the family room furniture isn’t very comfortable - would be great to have an actual couch to relax on after a busy day! Otherwise we had a fantastic stay!

Very nice stay
We loved the house, it was clean and very close to shopping and all. A few things that could use improvement are water pressure is very low, the master bath doesnt have a door (????) and there are no steps outside where you come out to the patio which proved to be quite dangerous. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Superb property!
Our group of five stayed at Still Waters for nine days. Overall, can’t say enough about the place. Great location, great view, nicely kept, and very comfortable. To be honest, we spent most of our time out in the deck enjoying the pool and the wonderful sun (and the occasional iguana lol). Tammy, our contact during our stay, was truly amazing, and responded to any concerns we had immediately. We only had a couple minor issues during our week+ stay and they were resolve quickly with no disruption to our activities. I’ve stayed at several other villas on St John and Still Waters has been overall the best.

Great Stay
Great House. The Owner's are very attentive and helpful. The house exceeded our expectations based on the description and pictures (the main living area is bigger than it looks in the pictures and flows very well). My Wife and I stayed with our two "tweenaged" children and everyone felt they had their own space when needed yet when it was time for dinner and together time the house was set up very well. Next time in St. John Still Waters will be our first choice.

Beautiful villa with spectacular views
We can summarize in 5 words: WE DON’T WANT TO LEAVE!! Ann Marie’s communication leading up to our trip was great. Bob met us at the ferry dock and took us right to the villa. The villa itself is beautiful, with a spectacular wrap around porch, pool, huge windows, tile and stonework throughout. The location was great — only 5 min drive from Cruz Bay and 10-15 minute drive from most beaches and trails. We had an amazing time and hope to return soon.

Wonderful stay!
We’ve been going to St John for about 20 years now and try to stay in different villas each time! This was the first place we stayed that we would stay in again! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the upstairs bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the open concept family room and loved being able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool if we were inside. The awning provided great shade and we loved having our morning coffee overlooking the water. Would absolutely recommend this property! Check in was a breeze and the owner very responsive to questions. I think we will be back!!!

This property was amazing! The location, the view, the decor, the space were all perfect for a family vacation! I loved being able to get up and “ hang out” on the porch with a beautiful view of the island and the sunsets were tremendous!! My suggestion would be to include a better quality & larger container of shampoo, some lotion(especially after the sun) and body wash! I have stayed at quite a few vrbos that have all three in large containers in the shower/ bath on the wall! Most people bring carry on bags and can only pack 3 oz containers- which is not enough for a week vacation!

Best Vacation!!
This house exceeded all descriptions and expectations!! So cozy, so very very private. Could not see or hear another house. Deck furniture was so comfy and enjoyable. Could see pool while prepping dinner and see kids swimming. We are 100% lodging “snobs” and this was by far one of the best places we have stayed. AnnMarie and Bob were so helpful, immediate responsive to basic daily questions about town. Loved every min!!
