"Clean, large deck that overlooked the bay with the auto ferry, beds were comfortable, bathroom looked recently update, and AC in bedrooms worked great. Walkable to Cruz Bay but you are dealing with a steep hill so you will need to be able to handle a steep incline for about 30 yards, walk in from the bay near auto ferry. It had beach chairs and coolers for use as well. Would recommend for a clean but fairly simple place with a water view."

"Great little gem on St John. Unit is close to Cruz Bay, Starfish Market is right round the corner and gas station at bottom of drive. Owner was very nice and quickly responded to any questions. Unit was very clean and many amenities were provided. Beach chairs and a cooler come with the unit. Bed was very comfortable and A/C kept the unit cool. Full kitchen with plenty of space. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests."

"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands.
