"This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare...

"Great little gem on St John. Unit is close to Cruz Bay, Starfish Market is right round the corner and gas station at bottom of drive. Owner was very nice and quickly responded to any questions. Unit was very clean and many amenities were provided. Beach chairs and a cooler come with the unit. Bed was very comfortable and A/C kept the unit cool. Full kitchen with plenty of space. "Clean, large deck that overlooked the bay with the auto ferry, beds were comfortable, bathroom looked recently update, and AC in bedrooms worked great. Walkable to Cruz Bay but you are dealing with a steep hill so you will need to be able to handle a steep incline for about 30 yards, walk in from the bay near auto ferry. It had beach chairs and coolers for use as well. Would recommend for a clean but fairly simple place with a water view."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment on the lake at Chocolate Hole. The property was beautiful with lots of wildlife to enjoy. We particularly loved the hummingbirds and lizards and the resident cat Lulu! The space was great for two people and it had easy parking on a level road which is rare on St. John! Easy drive into Cruz Bay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests."

"What a beautiful place this is! Very clean and new! Tamika was kind and always ready with an answer. She was great!!! The view was so special right out our bedroom sliding door. Sweet little porch.
