The stylish and spacious accommodation is thoughtfully and artistically furnished which compliments the original victorian ornate plasterwork and restored period features. There is plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or apart, with a large family living and dining area looking over the bay and a comfortable and relaxing lounge set towards the back of the house with a smart TV and Wifi.
There is a downstairs shower room and utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of room for all your beach paraphernalia.
The large kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook and bake. There is a separate wine cooler, DAB streaming radio. TV in the lounge area.
The four boutique bedrooms offer flexible bed combinations to sleep 8. The large master bedroom has a zip & link superking bed, the second bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Nearby, the twin bedroom is great for children and adults alike, whilst the rear bedroom is a haven with a kingsize zip and link bed near to the main bathroom.
There is also a separate w.c. and a fitted retractable stairgate. Bedlinen and towels (not beach) included. TV's in two of the bedrooms.
The courtyard can be accessed by both the kitchen and the garden; a handy space to sit and have a coffee or rinse your beach shoes at the tap. The terraced garden is reached via steps, which are gated top and bottom. There is a patio with table and chairs for 8 and then up two steps to a level lawn area. Washing line and tap.
Further steps lead up to the garage which has space for one car and plenty of extra room for surfboards etc. The garage is accessed off the back lane that runs parallel to The Terrace. Garage door opening measures 1.98m high and 2.35m wide. Second private parking space is close by
Also if you have a young family, you will find a highchair, travel cot, baby bath, monitor, plastic crockery and an oilcloth for the table. The house has steps and stairs as does most of St Ives .. Sorry, no pets.
St Ives is a great place to indulge in the arts, with The Tate and many other independent galleries to visit. Fantastic foodie adventures- top class restaurants to perfect pasties, breathtaking coastal paths to walk and stunning beaches to enjoy. All of this on the doorstep!
