Just a wonderful apartment overlooking the beach and with expansive views. The rooms are all very comfortable and nicely appointed. Just far enough from the hustling downtown to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. Stones throw from the railway stop made it convenient and just off the coastal path. Will recommend to friends and family!
The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable! The view of the beach is lovely and the location is very convenient. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring the area. We had a little difficulty finding the correct doorway when checking in, but that may have been partly due to our jet lag after many hours of travel from the states.
Lovely property. Great location with easy access to the beach across the street. House was very clean, and was perfect for our family of 5. The welcome guide was helpful and gave lots of info on restaurants, markets, and lots of things to do in the area. Will definitely come back.

The whole experience was amazing and looking forward to returning next year
Perfect family holiday home, fabulous views and a beautiful, well equipped beach down a steep path / steps directly opposite property. Quite easy walk into town too. The property had everything and more to be able to enjoy a lovely few days in the sun.
Beautifully clean and modernised apartment with splendid views overlooking St Ives Bay. Particularly well furnished with all you could want for a holiday provided for you.We were very appreciative of the easy to operate heating system which was very welcome given the largely inclement weather we had.
Liz was a wonderful host. I had many questions since we were coming from California & she always answered me right away. The apartment is the perfect location for walking into the village or going to the beach. We loved the “St.Ives Bakery” for coffee & croissants every morning. Thanks again Liz!!
The apartment has been furnished and decorated with thought and care and to a high specification. Lovely light, spacious accommodation, spotlessly clean. Stunning view. Just a few minutes walk to the town/harbour and beaches, a few more minutes walking back up the hill though! Will certainly look to return and will recommend to others.
We have just returned from a fantastic week in St Ives. The apartment was lovely and very well located. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed.
The beach was very close and the main centre was also within easy reach (only an 8 minute walk away). It was also great to use the hotel pool on our final day when the weather was a little bit hit and miss. We have stayed at other properties in St Ives and the parking at this apartment is by far the best (a big plus if you have an SUV). Thanks Liz for the amazing communication throughout our booking. We will definitely be back.
Stunning apartment in a great location, the view from the balcony was amazing and the apartment itself is luxury with grand, tall ceilings and sea views from the living room and master bedroom. The views from the master bedroom especially were spectacular. I suggest opening the sash windows slightly before sleeping to enjoy the sound of the waves at night. The parking space is located to the front of the property just below the stairwell entrance which is a rare thing in St Ives and a massive boon. Cleanliness was perfect. Plenty of decent utensils for cooking etc. I couldn’t fault our stay and highly recommend a visit. You are poised on the main road into St Ives so you may notice road noise initially but that soon fades and you can rarely find a place without road traffic due to the nature of the town. Thank you for having us, we loved it and look forward to staying again!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views
Wow!!! What a beautiful apartment, although the photos are great they really don't do justice to how lovely this place is, the beds are extremely comfy, the bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean with lovely strong showers, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need (including a seperate wine chiller fridge 😁👍🏻) the lounge is comfortable, light and airy with huge sash windows almost down to the floor which, when we were in, we had open all the time so we could hear the sea which is just across the road. Location is excellent, just a 5 minute stroll to the centre of St Ives or the harbour. We love it here so much that we have just paid our deposit to return for the third time next year ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻

Lovely apartment and would stay at No 1 again. Excellent location and fabulous views.
Overall most enjoyable, a few niggles in that there was only one bedside light in the master bedroom of which did not work. In the main bathroom the extractor fan did not work and one of the lights was out and needed replacing. Housekeeping, could have been better, up to scratch with clean windows on the interior, I cleaned the hob and splashblack as they were greasy and smeared , as so was the TV screen. Taking that aside, the apartment was well equipped and everything there that you needed. Would not hesitate in recommending No1 would just like the finishing touches to be top notch. This is in no way a detrimental crictisim of the apartment is was very pleasant.
Good restaurant and eating places, wonderful beaches, everything within walking distances, beware this is very uphill. Spa facilities good, you will need to book in advance for any treatments. Definitely look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic property the sea view from the lounge bay window is stunning and from the balcony in the master bedroom this property is clean and spacious and the added touch of the use of the harbour hotel and spa I would recommend the high tea at this hotel as it’s fantastic value for money lovely sandwiches and cakes the staff at this hotel and spa are very welcoming so if you want a touch of luxury I would recommend staying at this apartment the host liz is very lovely and helpful if you need her. Also to add the apartment has its own allocated parking directly outside the apartment fantastic apartment and fantastic host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a wonderful place to stay, with breathtaking views of the coast. The apartment is spacious, light, attractively styled, comfortable and very well equipped. It's also conveniently situated for the beach and the town. Communication with the hosts was helpful and prompt. We all had a great holiday there.
We really enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. The parking space was a real bonus in this busy holiday port. We were glad to have a balcony for the morning sun, large bedrooms, a stunning bay window in the living room and two decent sized bathrooms for the family. We hope very much to return soon.
Had a lovely time at St Ives and our stay at the apartment was so enjoyable. Furnishings were lovely, location ideal, views beautiful and during this COVID situation cleanliness was really good. I would recommend for sure.
The condo we rented was gorgeous and in a great location. We were able to walk to the town and around the many footpaths in the area. Parking was a little tight next to the building but a lot closer than the long stay parking. We will definitely recommend this condo to any friends who might consider a stay in St Ives
Super gemütliche Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Buchung über Check-in sehr schnelle Rückmeldung von den Eigentümer Dave und Liz.
Perfekt Parkplatz vor der Tür, alle Strände, Restaurants, Bäcker etc. und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Porthminster Beach zum Beispiel in 3 Minuten.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Straße vor der Haustür.
Die ganze Familie hat eine sehr entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht.
