Glas Mor - beach side apartment, St Ives

Glas Mor (28 St Nicholas Court) is a wonderful maisonette apartment in St Ives that sleeps four in two bedrooms and has two bathrooms. Located in the St. Nicholas Court building that sits to the side of The Island and Porthmeor Beach, it is superbly positioned for holidays by a beach and within short walking distance of the town and restaurants. This apartment comes with parking for one car in a shared garage.

The apartment is on the second storey of the building accessed via two flights of external steps. The kitchen (on the ground floor) is well-equipped with an induction hob, integrated electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher. There is a toaster and coffee machine also. There are ample kitchen utensils and crockery and cooking pans for a family to feel home from home. The dining table seats four comfortably and has stupendous sea views. On the ground floor is one of the bathrooms with a shower, WC, wash basin, towel radiator and wash basin. The king size bedroom is on the ground floor and has a built-in wardrobe, mirror, electric radiator, bedside table and Smart TV.

On the 1st floor, you will find the living room with sofa and armchair as well as a Smart TV. Patio doors lead out onto the small terrace with picnic bench and extensive views onto Porthmeor Beach. The second bedroom is also on the 1st floor and has a double bed pushed up to the wall on three sides, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a Smart TV. It has an ensuite which has been cleverly designed to be space-saving with a small wash basin and towel radiator, standard size WC and shower.

No pets are allowed sadly but children are welcome. Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The parking space measurements are 2.1m in width, 4.95m in length and entrance height is 1.9m max.

Well equipped apartment with amazing views
The apartment was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The views from the dining area are stunning - right across the beach to the sea. Location is good as well and a short stroll to the harbour, town, restaurants and bars. All in all a great stay.
