Access Statement –
Access - Please note that Captain's Rest is a first-floor apartment and accessed by an internal flight of stairs with turning points and steps. Both communal entrances at the front and rear of the apartments are accessed by external steps
• Parking - One Parking space is offered for guests to use during their stay. This is accessed at the rear of the property from the neighbouring road. To access, guests can use the rear access from the building down the steps onto the road behind.
