"A great place for a family Christmas. The property had tasteful Christmas decorations and the two lounges were a bonus. The house was well equipped, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and satellite. If you like the North Cornwall coast I would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully, we will return."

"Great place for a chilled relaxed fun weekend "

"The property was spacious and we all had room to eat together and plenty of bathrooms. "

"Beautiful and modern house…we enjoyed our stay, but the only issue is the hot tub is not clean, loads of dirt noticed in the water, which is disappointing because we don’t want to use the hot tub again."

"Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage."

"This house was the perfect base for our group to get around Newquay and all it had to offer. Stunning interiors, as per the photos online! It had everything we needed. We will absolutely book again! "

"The site was very clean and well presented. The caravans were exceptionally clean and the extra little touches like towels, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk were a great touch. The food in the restaurant was hot, fresh and reasonably priced which was a bonus."

"The cottage is superbly located to the village. We went on an organised Doc Martin tour which was good fun and very informative. The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day. "We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
