Great location - Better Hosts
Location was away from the crowded areas near the docks, but easy to get to. The hosts were always responsive, and went above and beyond assisting us with an issue we encountered during our stay. Stay with confidence that they will do all they can to make your stay the best it can be.

UP Michigan- St Ignes and Mackinac Island
The location of the house is great - - it is quiet, had a nice yard for my dogs, the neighborhood was walkable and it was convenient to the Mackinac Ferry. The house itself could be wonderful but it needs maintenance. A few items worth mentioning are: 1) there is very little water pressure in the kitchen which makes washing dishes a challenge, 2) the back screen door is a mess and needs to be replaced. The gaps let in many mosquitos so it is basically worthless, 3) the towels in the bath upstairs were folded and put away damp. They really smelled so I had to wash some towels before I could use them. Lastly, the bed in the master is so high you need a ladder to climb into bed. A regular bed frame would be much nicer. Again, with some maintenance this property could be great but I would not stay here again without some updating.

Nice time
Property was clean and well stocked. Was very quiet and close enough to enjoy our time exploring Saint Ignace. Could use some TLC as is rustic reminding me of our old farm house. Would stay again

Nice Home
The location of this home was perfect for what we wanted to do for this visit in Michigan. The furniture had been updated from the pictures that were posted from when we booked this home. Very convenient to have the washer and dryer available but wish there were more towels as I felt like I washed them everyday so we all had them available.

Visit to Mackinac Island
Location was great. Neighborhood was good. Easy to get to ferry and several restaurants nearby. House smelled like dogs. Comforters were not clean and had dog hairs on them. We had a great visit but I would not stay at this house again.

Nice layout. Great location. Great Value.
The house was perfectly described. Suited our needs perfectly! We had issue with the Wi-Fi on first day but Courtney was very quick to correct the issue. Upstairs bed in master was very comfortable. Bathrooms were both very nice. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and reading. Aside from the need for a fresh coat of paint I found it to be very nice. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay for our family
Our family (two adults and kids under 10) really enjoyed staying at this property and it was very convenient to use as a base for visiting Mackinac Island. 10 minute drive to St. Ignace, the ferry docks, and bridge. If willing to drive further, can also stay here if visiting Sault Ste Marie (about an hour drive) or Taquhamenon Falls (about 1.5 hour drive). There are also some Lake Michigan beaches with small sand dunes about a 15 minute drive west of here on US 2. House is semi-rustic cabin, located about a mile off US 2, on a paved road. Loved that it had two full bathrooms. First floor bedroom had two single beds, so our girls got to sleep in the same room (which they prefer) and the master bedroom and a third bedroom are on the second floor. The second floor bathroom connects to both the master and third bedroom. While we were there, had no problems with flies or mosquitoes (a UP specialty). Can’t comment on the ac either because it never got above the mid 60’s while we’re there. There are window ac units in the living room and second floor bathroom, plus fans in the house if it gets hot. Some nice bonuses were the play equipment in the backyard and a corn hole game. Fast communication with owner. Overall, excellent stay.
