The bottom room was beautiful with the views of the vineyard. Spa was fantastic and massage 10 stars. We will for sure be going back.

They didn’t have the outdoor bar area available. The water in the pool was extremely cold, even though they claimed it was at 82°F. The TV was extremely slow, almost impossible to use, and the captions for movies wouldn’t load for the same reason. We had dinner at their restaurant, *Violet*, choosing the seven-course option with wine pairing. It wasn’t very good—even the ravioli felt undercooked. We felt this hotel wasn’t worth the price. Next time, we’ll definitely look for another option.

The four vineyard suites are over the pool. So if you are sitting on your very expensive balconies, you better like other people’s music and conversations because you will hear them until 9:00pm

Due to covid, they shut the restaurant and room service. They did serve complementary breakfast, but for a property like this one to have no room service is a big disappointment. Also, the electric musak ruins the beauty of the pool area. Service was very good otherwise, and the rooms were very good.

Es un engaño total. El servicio es pésimo, hotel muy ruidoso a pie de carretera, por el precio es mejor hospedarse en cualquier opción de verdadero lujo de la zona. Las fotos engañan que es un hotel de lujo pero es un simple hotel de carretera con buenas fotos. El agua de la habitación sale café y en recepción no tienen el mínimo interés de arreglarlo, no hay black out en las habitaciones. El spa es un engaño en fotos, solo tienen un pequeño vapor. La alberca estaba sucia, las toallas, los vasos y las tazas totalmente sucios. El servicio de recepción y gerencia son malos, lo único rescatable en la gente que atiene el valet parking. No es un hotel de lujo no se dejen engañar
