"Very comfortable, with an amazing pool and beautiful views across the vineyards. Lots of space and different places to have coffee and drink rose! Very well maintained and equipped. Lovely terrace for BBQ and nice garden. Pailhes is well located near Beziers and lots of other activities. A/C is a real bonus in hot weather. The host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property for a lovely relaxing holiday. "

"I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). "Nous avons passé un agréable moment, l’accueil était sympa, tout était dispo dans le gîte, même un peu plus condiments et autres, un endroit vraiment calme et agréable dans un petit hameau discret. Le bassin fait du bien surtout par forte chaleur, les magasins et restaurants sont à 6 minutes en voiture, mais il faut à minima être motorisé. "Very nice house with a huge kitchen. Everything necessary and more available. Lots of seating inside and outside. Quiet environment. The church bells strike from 7 am which was not a problem for me. We have felt very comfortable."

"A great stay for me and my family in this small, quiet village 15 minutes from the centre of Beziers. The photos don’t really do the house justice, plenty of space and cool - although all of the waking hours were spent outside enjoying the pool in the warmth, under clear blue skies. "Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."
