Big St Germain Lake is a popular recreation site and is widely known for its terrific fishing, so don't forget to bring your poles and swim trunks, because your vacation is about to be filled with sun, sand, and lots of good times. Standing on a double, private lot with 268 feet of sand frontage positioned on the south shore of the lake, this home boasts beautiful bedrooms on each of its three levels. The home's great room enjoys an open concept dressed with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive wall art and decor, and soft, carpeted floors, all crowned by a handsome stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with a center prep island with barstool seating for five, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to make your next culinary adventure a joy to prepare. You can serve up to 12 dinner guests at the round dining table or take your meals outside to the furnished wraparound deck to enjoy the amazing lake views while you eat.
Off the great room, you'll find two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, plus a full bath. Upstairs, the loft enjoys spectacular lake views and the main bedroom featuring a new, high-end queen mattress and a TV for some late-night entertainment, plus a full bath right next door. The lowest level features a large entertainment area with patio access, comfy furniture, a mounted flatscreen TV, and the fourth bedroom boasting two twin bunks and a queen bed with a new, high-end mattress, plus patio access. The lower level includes a full bath, a washer and dryer, and lots of books and board games to explore during your stay. After a full day of paddleboarding or fishing, come home to stream your favorite Youtube, HBO, and Netflix movies and shows on any TV while munching on hot, buttered popcorn or catch up on a favorite novel out on the deck. You'll love throwing a little char on today's fresh catch with the gas grill then heading down to the firepit to toast marshmallows with the kids. And there's nothing like the beautiful fall colors you'll find, come Autumn. Here for the winter? The snowmobiling is practically famous here! The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. No matter what time of year you visit, this amazing three-level home is sure to provide you with the vacation experience of your dreams!
In the summer, you'll enjoy jet skiing, swimming, and open water fishing on many of the nearby lakes including Big Saint Germain Lake, and you'll also have access to the ATV trail systems. Our winter guests enjoy ice fishing and snowmobiling the hundreds of miles of groomed trails in northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan. Besides the many outdoor activities, you'll also be close to town for shopping, restaurants, and ice cream for the kids.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
