"True Blue is a nice family friendly resort. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I only have two small complaints: 1. Room service can be improved. I tried to order room service (dining) on a Wednesday night and got no response. I get the resort has a great food truck event on Wednesdays, but your resort members may not want to deal with the crowds. When I ordered room service the next night. "We have had a wonderful stay at Reef View! We spent 3 nights in the Turtle Back pavilion upon arrival and then in a beautiful room later in our trip. Both were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess Sharon is super friendly and very helpful as she had great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. We would definitely recommend staying there and will do so again!"
