"We celebrated our anniversary in this fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing.... early check in, complimentary room upgrade so we had a view of Freedom Square and a bottle of champagne on arrival. Staff were friendly and attentive..... Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of hot and cold food. We also used the pool, sauna and steam room. Perfect way to relax after a day exploring the old town. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay one to remember....."

"Ovrall, great. However, some small niggles. Complementary water only provided on night 1 . Most 5 star hotels we stay in give you 500-1000ml water per day. Breakfast choice good, but some basics need attention: Bacon overcooked, scrambled egg too wet, hash browns soggy every day. Prosecco only available at weekends. Not bad, but room for improvement. "

Easy access to cafes and restaurants in the area, walking distance to Baltijaam marketplace and Old Town, as well as if you want to see areas like Kopli, Volta, Nobblessner/Pohjala etc. Highly recommended!"

"A 4 Star experience done well. The Rooms are modern and clean with excellent touches. The beds aren’t as comfortable as we’d have liked and there is some road noise but we still slept fine. The cocktails in the bar are great and the spa on the 8th floor with a view over Tallinn is well worth it. "

"Third time stay. Always a great experience. We were fortunate enough to be assigned a high-floor room, offering breathtaking harbour city view. We would highly recommend requesting a high-floor room if possible. The added benefit of the view alone made the stay exceptional. And ask for bath, not shower."

"Great Hotel at a great location and amazing staff. Always a good stay. Seems that there is something impacting the experience as the amenities were downgraded (slippers as an example) after my previous visit and as an example the sauna's are not heated as much as they were used to. Having said that, this is still an amazing hotel with great breakfast and good location to explore the city."
