This bright, beachfront home offers one-level living in the popular East End neighborhood. Large sliding doors connect the interior to the ocean, while the furnished, covered deck provides a relaxing spot to watch dolphins and enjoy the Gulf breezes. After a day at the beach, you can unwind in the private hot tub. The home is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, the St. George Lighthouse Museum, and a multi-use path, making it easy to explore the Island by bicycle, paddleboard, or on foot. Just 13.5 miles away, the charming town of Apalachicola offers a vibrant arts, culinary, and shopping scene.

The exterior features under-house concrete parking and a covered entry. A private boardwalk leads directly to the sparkling white sand and turquoise waters. After beachgoing, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. A fish cleaning area and park-style grill are provided for enjoying your fresh catch. Unwind in the private, six-person hot tub. The open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space for gathering, with a well-appointed kitchen, dining table for eight, and living room with amazing Gulf views, a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and gas fireplace.
