Upscale beach and ocean view condo with dedicated beach access just 25 yards from the front door.
Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with breakfast bar, large front deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
Amenities include: cable TV, 45" plasma TV, blue ray DVD, dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, semi-private pool, wireless internet and dedicated parking with dedicated beach access. For any other questions or rental issues please call us directly at 229-347-1889

Pet fee $75per dog non-refundable.... two dog maximum! A kennel is required if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the condo! Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay.

Perfection!
There is nothing about this rental that could have been better. The view can’t be beat; the proximity for a bike ride into town is perfect; the cleanliness couldn’t be better; the beds are supportive and comfy; the pool is the perfect size and temperature; and beach access is steps from the door. We will stay here again!

Pre-spring get-away
Loved sitting on the front porch reading with the ocean waves sounding in the background. You can see the ocean and some of the waves from the front porch so that was special. Great informal restaurants! Not crowded at all whether shopping or on the beach. Love that the area is so dog friendly!

My family and I had a great stay, the island is a beautiful place to kick back and relax, very quiet and not overcrowded, small town charm. We only had one complaint, the picnic table on the deck was very worn on top and dry, splintering. However, the owners were very easy to work with and overall, we had a wonderful time.

Exactly as advertised with well-stocked kitchen, great communication with host, and beautiful view! Location was great - with easy access to the beach and center of the island. Very clean inside and out, pool was great, and laundry room was easy to access. The host thought of everything with even the small details such as extra towel hooks and empty baskets for storage! We were very impressed and plan to visit again in the future!

Great vacation despite the storms
We had an excellent stay, even though there were some pretty rough stormy days. We made friends with the neighboring condos… everyone was super friendly and respectful. Also, a huge thanks to the owners for letting us bring our dogs last minute. They loved every second of playing ball on the beach!

Lovely condo practically on the beach.
We had a great time here. The place is a good size for 4 people to stretch out. The condo is cute and clean and had everything we needed. We had our meals on the deck looking at the water. The pool was nice on the days we had rip tide warnings so the kids still got to swim. We rented bikes and didn't need to use our car except the day we went to Apalachicola. Would come back!

So very lovely
My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Beach Oasis. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The pool is a extra nice touch. Location is amazing. One of my favorite spots is in the chair on the deck just watching the ocean or looking at the stars. Brian was super responsive to all my questions and we had zero issues. Thanks for the hospitality.

PERFECT! Clean and conveniently located with an ocean view.
Everything about our stay was PERFECT. It was just the right size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 6yo, 4yo and 7mo). The condo was very clean, kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and utensils for every day use, grills out front were convenient for our family dinners, there was plenty of extra bedding and towels, the TVs and internet were perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach, and the cute decor was an added bonus! The pool was warm and we were the only ones in it at the end of the day. There's a great ocean view from the balcony that we often sat on to drink our morning coffee and have our evening night cap. There's a short path across the street to get to the beach - while it would be EXTRA convenient if it were an actual boardwalk - it's definitely manageable with a wagon. The owner, Brian, was very responsive from the initial booking through the end of our stay. This was our first visit to St. George Island and we will DEFINITELY be back to stay at the Beach Oasis! We loved everything about it!! Thanks for an amazing vacation full of cherished memories!

Nice place!
We had a great time & the place was charming. The place was clean. It was nicely decorated. Great location. Nice owners. However, we had some issues with people below us who own their condo thinking we had more people than we actually had- my sister coming by to visit (my place was closer to the water so we hung out more at my condo) & go to the beach with her kids. It was extra small kids putting us over the limit. It was frustrating to have to keep reassuring the owner that we were not doing anything wrong. We were not loud, & not there much. We had company during the day but they left and went to their places at night. It was the septic system that was the issue i think. We made sure not to over use. It was understandable that the owner had to verify our group count.

Simply Amazing!
We've spent the last five years vacationing on St. George Island, and in those five years we've stayed all over the island hoping to find the one place we want to rebook and this year we found it! The location is perfect, the ease of access to the beach and the pool is so convenient, and the unit overall is in great shape. We really appreciate having a washer/dryer so that we can pack less and wash clothes during the stay. It is dog friendly which is RARE and they even have the unit equipped with dog blankets, crate, and gate. All of which came in really handy. I honestly can't think of a single thing to complain about. The only feedback I would offer is to up the amount of trash bags and toilet paper offered in the unit for a weeks stay. We only had a roll and a half of toilet paper and two trash bags - which for four women/girls is definitely not enough! We signed the guestbook and made sure to leave the home as we found it. We will definitely try to book this rental again! The hosts were so easy to work with and even let us check in early upon arrival so that we could get the dog out of the car. Thanks so much for an amazing stay on SGI! We hope to see you again next year!

perfect location except...
This is a very nice property..great location, super comfortable beds, kitchen could have updated pots and pans.. Main issues (which the hosts say will be resolved was major..very spotty internet and I had to cancel many pre arranged zoom lessons AND a very confusing access to the television in the living room. We could NOT get it to work and there were no clear instructions on which remote to use etc. The fix of the internet was not going to be addressed until we had already left and the person on the island in charge of housekeeping had zero clue about how to rectify the situation. There were alot of apologies but no warning ahead of time and no way to address these two electronic issues as the hosts were not on the island. We plan to be back IF these issues are resolved as well as send many friends and family to the same house.

We were evacuated the day after we checked in, due to the hurricane. The property was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our calls. We are looking forward to a re-do of this trip in June of 2025.

Perfect getaway
This lovely condo was the perfect home for an end-of-summer getaway with my young adult daughters. The owners were great to work with and the space was well-suited for our needs. The kitchen is bigger than you would expect for a condo of this size and the rooms were very comfortable. Very well-kept, with a short walk to the beach and a great pool. We loved it and hope to book again.

Perfect Getaway
