Entering the first floor living area you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring a 60-foot wall of sliding glass doors showcasing the sparkling Gulf Beaches and beyond. The bright and comfortable living area boasts warm hardwood floors and neutral decor that highlight the Gulf views. The living room also features a large TV equipped with cable, and comfortable seating.
The deck boasts unobstructed Gulf views with plentiful seating and an outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the dining room offers two tables that seat a total of 10 guests comfortably. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar that looks into the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom also comes with its own private bath. The kitchen is both practical and elegant as it features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, separate wine fridge, ice maker, and unobstructed Gulf views.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
