Great condo in St. George. Located in Sports Village with access to Clubhouse, which includes pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, indoor golf, and play room. Access to the clubhouse and those amenities are free for up to 8 guests; any additional guests pay $3.00 per day per person to have access. Two bedroom, two bath, with full kitchen. Enough beds for 4 individuals, very spacious. Relax on the patio and enjoy the amazing views. Wifi and cable TV provided.

Affordable gem
We really enjoy our time visiting St George and do it quite frequently. This time we stayed in this amazing Little gym. It was clean, and had plenty of room for our whole family. We all slept comfortably and had an amazing time five stars would do it again

Great place!
Like many families, we stayed here while in St. George for a competition/tournament. We loved this place! It had everything we needed. For a two-bedroom condo, it was quite spacious. It’s a little further from the pool, but we liked that because it was quiet and there was plenty of parking available. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect and very clean. Host communicated well and allowed check-in a couple of hours early. Only critical feedback was the Firestick in the master didn't work so that TV wasn't available, recommend replacing it for next guests.

Nice Stay
Check in was very easy. Property was clean. We just couldn’t get the life tv to work, but it wasn’t a huge deal we just signed into our YouTube TV. Kitchen seemed well stocked, we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t cook. I’d stay again!

Nice for the price
Property overall was nice, older and a bit dated but clean and maintained. The only thing that really bothered me was the carpets were fairly dirty and could use a good carpet cleaning. For the price I’d stay here again, everything was accurately represented in the description.

Good, but a few issues
The inside of the condo was clean and furnishings were very nice. Deck has a lot of cobwebs, etc. Clubhouse is old and rundown. Weight room is well supplied. Pool is nice. Host was extremely helpful when issues arose. Overall a fine place to stay. Would choose again because they didn't charge exorbitant fees for cleaning, etc.

It works.
The overall property is nice. Amenities were fine, tennis and pickleball courts were a little dangerous for playing because of the large cracks. Pool was clean and lots of fun for the kids. The basement of the club house was being remodeled so we didn't have those fun activities, bummer for the kids, but no ones fault. The condo itself was nice. Everything we needed was provided. A little on the older side but it seemed clean at least. We would stay there again.

Good Value
Everything is as described. Nothing fancy or glamorous but it worka for what you pay. A few items need to be fixed. TV in master bedroom couldn't get it to work, a couple of lights in the main area need replacing, and need pillow cases for all the extra pillows. Other than that, got great value from the place.

Needs a deep cleansing
The property could be a nice rental but it definitely needs a deep cleaning and not just a quick once over. We did not feel very comfortable and it definitely was just because of poor cleaning. There was build up of grease in the kitchen and layers of dust and dirt on all the areas that aren’t easy to just vacuum or wipe. It had the smell of a house that isn’t cleaned on a regular basis.

Clean little condo
We had a great stay at this property. Was just what we expected from the listing. The owner was wonderful and responsive to work with, even helping us change our reservation because of an unexpected accident and offering us a discount when some building maintenance was then scheduled during our stay. We didn’t even have to ask, he offered! The place is super super clean and we enjoyed the pool and recreation areas. It was also really well stocked with kitchen supplies and extras as well as games, books, and bedding. It was a great place to stay. If I was forced to make a suggestion it would be to swap out the shower curtains to let a bit more light in. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again.

Short getaway
Property is older but priced right. Cleaning practices could improve. Spare bedroom surfaces were not wiped down and all towels were left in the dryer. Towels have a smell when used after the shower. A lack of attention to detail was evident in cleaning practices. Quite neighborhood and a nice floor plan. A few items that didn't work - spare bedroom tv, en suite bathroom door, and exposed wires under cabinet (turned on light switch and discovered). The cleaning fee was equivalent to the rental price and it was requested that some of the cleaning be done by occupant. It's in poor taste to charge that much and require cleaning from the occupant for one night.
