The condo was awesome with a well stocked kitchen and newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large bathroom. The homeowner was responsive to resolving any issues. The lawns and landscaping were maintained and very nice. 4 stars for the unit. The complex amenities lack maintenance. For example, a pool umbrella's fabric was deteriorated. Most hot tub jets were not working properly (lap pool hot tub). The courts had large cracks. 2 stars for the complex. Overall 3 stars.

Condo was okay. Looked much nicer online. Too expensive for what you get. The complex is a bit run down. The TVs were outdated and too small. We could not see the TV while sitting on the couch. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and we ran out of toilet paper so we had to run to the store.

All communications were online; that’s fine when the internet worked like it was supposed to, but we couldn’t always get service. In other vrbos, they have a book which tells you all the basic information needed. If we had a problem I wasn’t sure who we could talk with. The shower faucet needs fixing. Clocks and Kleenex are always a nice addition. It seemed pretty dark. One of the bedroom lamps the knob is broken and it also looked like the lights over the sink didn’t work. It was a good location and it was clean. It seemed to serve our needs.

We came in for a soccer tournament with our two daughters. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us and we loved the pool and clubhouse. The location was also minutes from the fields where they played. We also appreciated the great communication from the host about check-in/out procedures. Would highly recommend this property!
