Las Palmas Resort Condo w/ Amazing Views

Las Palmas Resort is an all inclusive property with access to six pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts, basketball courts and three playground areas. The view is amazing and you will love it here! This is a great family destination with many activities available year round. There is an indoor pool (heated year round) diving pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool with a shallow end. Free access to 4 hot tubs. The resort overlooks a ridge providing a colorful collage of The Blue Pine Valley mountains, The red Snow Canyon Hills and the black Lava Ridge. This condo has a private balcony with an amazing view.

Nice property, nice amenities, excellent location. Pools were refreshing and provided great variety- a pool completely protected from the sun, a large, cool pool and a separate pool with a slide.

Perfect Place to Stay!
We loved this stay for Spring Break. The condo was spacious, clean, and the perfect home base for our activities. It was well stocked with everything our family needed. We loved all of the amenities of the pools, pickleball and basketball courts, and walking paths. And great location to shopping and restaurants. We’ll be back!

This condo was everything we needed and more. It was clean and well-stocked. The instructions were clear and effective. The kitchen had every utensil and dish we could need. We especially enjoyed the gas grill on the balcony and the elevator for taking up our luggage and food. We will be back!

It was much Older than the pictures and the pools needed updating broken chairs at every pool but we enjoyed the pool swimming Our room needed updating as well but we weren’t there a lot The owner was great to work with!

Property is as advertised. Condo had everything we needed. Las Palmas is an older complex but very well maintained. Heated indoor and outdoor pool was a hit with my girls despite the cool weather.

We love Las Palmas - great value for the cost. My kids love the amenities, and even though it’s not the newest facility it still has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Beds were comfortable (pillows were a little flat, but maybe that’s just us), kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, parking was easy, the place was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

It was an ok stay
The condo was clean and met all our needs. Centrally located. Could use a total upgrade, its a little dated. The pool area was ok, it wasn't crowded but also could use an upgrade. I did like the variety of water features. Good for kids. There was mold around the sides of the pool, the chairs were sun damaged and some were broken. The fountain outside the pool area was dirty and stunk like swamp. The price was good though. If improvements are made I'd consider staying again.

We have stayed in this complex numerous times but this specific unit was disappointing. It had a really bad smell that was almost unbearable. The carpets were very stained. There were earwigs crawling around in both bathtubs and the shower curtains were mildewed. Also, both bathtubs were surrounded with full mirrors all around. That was uncomfortable. There were some positives as well. The beds were comfortable enough and there were enough furnishings. It was just really hard to get over the smell in there.

To remain competitive, the property could use some updating. The couch is worn out and thus uncomfortable. A cabinet is missing in the kitchen. Need better lighting for reading and an end table would help. The spa facility was not properly cleaned.

The location is awesome and easy to find! Property is Amazing and the kids had a great time at the pool! Unit could use a little updating, the showers heads need changed but definitely did not take away from it being a great place to stay! Would stay again!
