The worst place to stay. Booked a room for a week. But could only stay for 5 days because during that time my room has never been cleaned even once, customer service was awful, reception who is supposed to be available at all time was impossible to find. I informed them I was moving out and they promised not to charge me for the remaining 2 days because I was moving out earlier due to their lack of professionalism and inability to follow simple cleanliness standards, which everyone is entitled to, especially in a hotel. In addition, they misinformed me that it was a pre-paid transaction, although during booking I specifically made sure it was "pay at hotel" option. I got my bank statement and of course they charged me for an extra day even though the clerk promised me they wouldn't. I contacted them to clarify the situation and all of a sudden there was a policy of 24 hour cancellation notice in place. That's how they explained that they charged me extra night which I spent in a different hotel, by the way. And of course the invoice they said would be emailed to me right away, never was. Only after contacting them again I received it after more than a week.
It's a short version of everything that happened, but with all honesty, spare yourself some nerves and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I moved out as soon as the hotel close by had rooms available and was happy I did.
I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was my civil duty, so noone else suffers like me.
