"The location was great, walking distance to everything. The property is clean but little bit old, and we had an incident with one of the rooms that we booked plus the terrible communication between us and the staff that made us really unhappy. Also the bed is too small."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 28 North Bridge and I highly recommend the Editors apartments. It was clean, excellent location, fully furnished and very spacious. The team were very quick to respond to any queries over email and I was very pleased with my stay. "This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Great location and great view of Old Town from the windows. Clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Can walk from the train to this location as well. Only thing to be aware of is 3 flights of stairs with luggage is required. "

"Great little apartment with all the amenities you could need. Was impressed by how large and well-stocked the kitchen was. Washer/dryer was great to have although you’ll need to buy your own detergent! Easy walk to plenty of pubs, restaurants, Old Town, Royal Mile, Princes St Gardens, Waverley station etc."

"The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was there was strange smell in the hallway. Otherwise a nice place and right in the heart of Edinburgh. P.S. I think I lost my white Calia hoodie there. If you found it would you be able to return it?"

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

There is a storage room if you get there too early or need to leave hours before your next destination. "We were reloacated to hilton as our accommodation was not available. The staff were very helpful and kind after all our inconvenience we had been through ! Savia we so helpful full of live enthusiastic and kind. Her service was perfect..."

"Really nice flat in one of the best areas in Edinburgh. Everything we needed was provided and we were only a 10 min walk from restaurants. We walked to the castle, botanic gardens, moma and royal mile."

"Had a great time here for our stay in Edinburgh. This is a fun and lively area. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Two very comfortable beds and a clothes washer and dryer are a big plus. I do think folks should be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs on a spiral staircase, so be prepared to carry any luggage or bags when you arrive and depart. This wasn't a problem for us at all though. I would love to stay here again if we ever go back!"

"Lovely modern hotel in an excellent central location. Large suite with a big bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Could have done with a touch more decorative items but no complaints, the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was very good. Have stayed before and will again. "

"A modern, clean hotel. While I had booked rooms with two separate beds, we were surprised that there were two queen beds in the room. The breakfast, which was available at a price, was pretty decent, too. A simple but nice touch was the hotel making mulled wine and mince pies available (for free) at the reception. "
