"Very clean and quiet apartment. Great place to stay with small kids. It is a 30 minute walk to the zoo, which sounds like a lot but it is a very pleasant and safe walk through Forest Park. Also very close to the Delmar Loop Trolley which my 2 year old was absolutely enthralled with. Towels were plentiful and kitchen was adequate for a simple meal. I was impressed that the AC was COLD in such an old building. We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"It's a nice property in a great neighborhood. I recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping though. You can hear cars going by and the walls between the units have zero insulation, so we could hear the dog next door walking around on the hardwood, like it was in the same room with is. Also, there aren't room darkening curtains, so the morning light was an issue (but I am very light sensitive).same room"

"Really cute apartment in a great part of town! Libby was wonderful, communicated quickly, check-in/out process was smooth and easy. It could use a few more/nicer kitchen items, pots/pans. But I like to cook and stayed almost two weeks, so that may be moot for most guests. Loved the location, quick access to the park, CWE, Clayton, loop, downtown, etc. And do yourself a favor and get the chicken “tenders” from Ocean Grill around the corner!
