It served it's purpose
The Hotel is in a need for an upgrade. The brown "every where" in the room is depressing. Service was ok. Not rude but not overly friendly either. The $300 hold on the card for incidentals was shocking and disturbing. The worst part was the loud construction noise above us at 8am on a Sunday! Good things were a comfortable bed & pillows, large size bathroom, decent restaurant next door, and the location to the Stadium. I don't know if we'll stay here again. Maybe, if the price is right.

I stayed for a couple of nights. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and it is clean and modern. Located just off of the QEW, this Comfort Inn offers convenient access to Niagara region vineyards, and is about 25 minutes from Niagara Falls or NOTL. Overall, it is good value.

We had made a reservation asking for a roll away bed, when we got there we were told they did not supply that. So one guest had to sleep on the floor. When we asked for extra blankets the front desk said they didn't have any, then supplied is with 1. Our bathroom door did not close properly and kept opening. One of the beds was broken so you had to be careful how you sat on it. Also we were put on the second floor with construction happening. We made due but would not stay there again.

There was no breakfast facility, and the EV charger did not work. The EV charging company told us that they no longer serviced it, and it was the responsibility of the hotel. Hotel staff told us to use the EV company app. Poor communication or training somewhere.
