The Villa:
This stunning villa is a beach property facing the crystal clear waters of St-Jean lagoon. The sound of the waves brings a touch of magic to this high quality vacation home.

The air conditioned living room has large sofas and mirrors - an idyllic setting for lazy afternoons or movie nights. The beautiful, high vaulted ceiling and arched windows emphasize the colonial design of the property, combining subtly with the contemporary and refined decoration. The elegance of this great room provides a delightful feeling of well being as you are facing the breathtaking ocean view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, centrifuge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar. One of them is located in the old windmill that names this outstanding property. A new bungalow of 40 m2 was recently added in front of the pool and faces the gorgeous sea. The charm of the stones combined with the originality of this building in front of the ocean creates a pleasant feeling of wonder and uniqueness.
