The spacious, open plan living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and banquettes under a beautiful honey colored, mansard ceiling with elegant lights. The large living room provides a delightful feeling of well-being and luxury in a warm atmosphere blown by the trade winds, or closed and air-conditioned as you wish.

The space leads to the professional and spacious kitchen with a black, lava stone-made center island. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a wine cellar and cold storage. Under the covered terrace, there is a dining table which can accommodate up to fourteen people, with a breathtaking view over Marigot bay.
