"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"This is a really spacious 2-bed apartment, impeccably presented in a great area which serves as a great hub to drive to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall in under an hour. The hosts sent me good directions and lots of useful information before I arrived. On arrival, I was pleased to find a large, dedicated parking space and a garage where I could keep my bicycle during my stay. I immediately noticed how peaceful the location was. "I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. The setting - a real castle and operating large estate farm, appealed to me from a farm in my youth and a career in a related industry.
