Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this modern condo is within walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. There are several good restaurants and unique Pubs on the island within a few blocks. Davis shores is a favorite among visitors due to its centralized location to Downtown, the Amphitheater, lighthouse, Beach, and Conch House Marina... all within 3 miles.

This spacious condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer visit with a full kitchen, comfortable family room, and relaxing bedrooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, glasses, service ware, and flatware. The family room is the perfect place to watch a movie, play games, and visit. Cute condo right near flagler college
Had to evacuate for a hurricane and was able to check in early. Owners were attentive and made it a restful stay during our evacuation. super close to downtown st. augustine and is only about a 20 minute walk. would definitely recommend!

Very Pleasant stay for a quick weekend trip. It was convenient and close to the main points we wanted to sight see…. Just across the lions bridge into the city ! And soooo close to the lighthouse !! We enjoyed the stay! Place was very clean and host was responsive :)

Second time staying at this place. Clean, well stocked with towels, and kitchen ware and kitchen appliances. Our coffee pot broke and the caretaker brought us a replacement the same day. Love the location and proximity to EVERYTHING! Close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown St Augustine. We brought or bikes and you can ride all over the place. A few downsides: people upstairs were so noisy during the night coming in from a night shift. Seriously heavy footed individuals who woke me every night at 2:30 and clomped around for a few hours. Also could use more /brighter overhead lights in entire condo.

Perfect Girls Trip
Great condo in a close proximity to the beach and downtown district. The description states short walk to Downtown and although from the house to the Castle is 1.5 miles, this is not a short walk to the action on the Historic district . The home is on one side of the bridge and district on the other. It is located close to many food places but we expected to be able to hang out late, enjoy night life and walk back to condo. None of us were comfortable walking across the bridge at night. If you are a walker/hiker, this could be for you but we chose to drive each time. The home is very nice and walking distance to a fun Saturday Farmer Market, The Conch House and local restaurants. Definitely would return but hope to get home on other side of the bridge so less driving and parking fees but overall, great adventure!

Just Perfect!
This was an awesome find as we were in town just for 2 days attending the Kane Brown concert! It was so close to everything and lots to do within walking distance or a short Uber ride to downtown! It was spotless and quiet! Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!
We loved everything about our stay at Jordan's place. It was convenient 1.2 miles to historic St. Augustine which we walked and an easy drive to the beach and lighthouse, which was probably about the same distance. The condo is spacious, clean and has comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Appreciate the detailed arrival book and used restaurant recommendations and map. We will recommend and stay their again if in the area!

Excellent Location on Anastasia Island
This first floor condo is a gem! Very clean and spacious. The beds, pillows, and sheets are high quality and so comfortable. A short drive over to St Augustine but also close to some great restaurants on the island. The property owners were very responsive to requests and questions. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this ideally located condo. It is one block off A1A with great restaurants nearby, and the historic district is an easy walk or drive across Bridge of Lions (the beach isn’t far either). The condo is freshly renovated with every detail covered, including generous supplies and toiletries. The first floor worked great for us with a dog, and there is a nice grassy patch out back too. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. An added bonus is two designated parking spaces, one of which is covered. We didn’t need to contact the manager because everything was so well laid out (including a notebook of local tips and check out instructions) but we knew we could if needed. This is a gem, and it suited our needs perfectly.
