This property had 2 positives. Location and it was clean. Sorta run down outside. No where to put anything down in bath room or bedroom. Pretty small in bath and bedroom. Heard lots of dogs barking in the place but luckily not at night much. Upstairs guest was really noisy at 3-4 am. So not a lot of sleep. Enjoyed the beach location. Parking was a bit of an issue. Hard to park and some guests were taking 2 spots.

Beautiful quiet beach location.
The building is under renovation and when you pull up, the outside is sketchy looking and you will question your choice. lol But as soon as we opened the door to our place those doubts went away. Inside was beautiful. Clean. Well decorated. Comfortable. It was our anniversary and they had left us a bottle of wine, flowers and a card. So sweet. And this building has its own boardwalk to the beach and a small sitting area at the top of the boardwalk. I sat out there and read a couple of times because of how quiet it was. The beach was pretty and uncrowded. We loved it and will be back for sure.

So disappointing
We arrived around 11:30 pm after travel delays. There was no outside lighting so we had to find our way with phone flashlights. The apartment was dirty and there was a terrible smell. Wr lasted 2 hours and left at 1:30 am. Total waste of money. Unsavory people slamming doors at 1:00 am. Very scary for two women traveling.

Cozy and Quiet
My wife and I were impressed with this bungalow. While the building is under renovation, the property as a whole is nice. The apartment we had been newly renovated and was very clean. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment due to the convenience of St.Augustine being a 20 minute drive north, and the beach 75 yards over the dune from the building. Definitely will book this place again.

New favorite vacation spot!
This was the perfect property for our extended weekend trip! Wonderful family spot. Not crowded, lots of wildlife, and within 5-20 minutes of everywhere you need to be. Right on the beach with direct car access from the property on to the shore! We will definitely be revisiting!!

Weekend beach escape
The property was in a great location and very clean on the inside. The property manager was very pleasant and checkin was very easy. Just a few steps away from the ocean but no balcony view. Would stay there again.

This could have been 5 stars but was a 3.
Pros Great location Fair price relative to location Comfortable Bed Adequate space Good and responsive cleaner Cons The outdoor photo of the property is misleading. The deck shown is detached from the property and is unsuitable for extended sitting out. The company that manages the condo is in California and there is no one available onsite to address issues. While the bed was comfortable the other furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. The only living area seating is an uncomfortable discount store vinyl sofa. While the kitchen and bath were clean and painted, they both are subpar and need remodeling. The stocking of the kitchen area for cooking utensils was inadequate - minimal amounts of things, missing items and poor quality. The entry area to the condo has an ocean view as well as room for seating. Unfortunately, the area was filthy and the only seats were old dilapidated chairs. As such, the area was unsuitable for sitting out. When concerns were discussed with the rental managers, they were polite but ultimately unhelpful. They seemed to want to discuss their future plans for the property than address immediate issues. some of which we felt could have been rather easily resolved. While it is a great location right next to a beautiful beach, the unit was completely unsuitable for a one month stay. Perhaps it would be appropriate for someone interested in a shorter stay that is unconcerned about amenities.

We were very close to the beach. Crescent Beach is not very busy. I felt almost like we had our own private beach. We plan to return next Summer.

Crescent beach getaway.
Awesome property. I would highly recommend leaving tv instructions as I couldn't get to work but it was not a big deal as I don't watch tv. Also Crescent beach grill was great for dinner .

Relaxation Get Away
I was totally surprised at how close the beach was. I could hear the waves crashing when I opened my door. So convenient to grocery shopping and only minutes away from St. Augustine main strip. Totally enjoyed the trip and will be back hopefully in summer months.

Located on the beach with quick and easy access. The pictures do not do this location justice. Has undergone recent remodeling & is very clean and neat. Just the right size for a couple, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. Reasonable cost no complaints. We would visit again.

Cozy and ideal for a couple.
Our condo was freshly updated and extremely clean. We met our host who was extremely accommodating. He is working hard to update and refurbish the outside of the property as well. We loved being just a few my steps from the beach. Hopefully, we can visit the property again in the future.

Pleasant apartment
The location of the apartment is excellent. You can get to the beach by the access bridge or just walking down the drive. The beach was not crowded at all, even on a Saturday. Just a few minutes to get to restaurants, and 20ish minutes to get to downtown St. Augustine. The building is kinda old, and there looks like there is a bit of construction going on but overall we didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment for it to make a difference.

Great location but no, just no
That is the best part about this place is where it's at. Very close to the beach and there are several places to walk to eat etc. However, there is a terrible smell in the place. We would think it was going away but it wasn't we were just getting used to it. Also it hadn't been cleaned....there was hair in the bathroom sink and dirty kitchen counters. Dave did come clean those things but it doesn't give you a good feeling about the cleanliness of the place. The pictures also show a deck that you could sit on but when we arrived it was torn out and there were piles of old wood all around. While we were there the toilet was replaced, the cable was fixed so at least that is fixed for the next person. While Dave was nice enough the property just isn't ready to be rented. Maybe after the renovations are finished but we won't be back.

Peaceful getaway.
We enjoyed five days of out getaway. Dave was very friendly and was only a phone call away when needed. The apartment was very clean and organized. Just steps away from the beach over a really nice walkway. The beach was not crowded at all and the weather was really nice. We loved the location. Lots of restaurants right by the apartment with only a few steps away. We will definitely come back to stay at this place. Very peaceful.

Great Location
We had a great stay at this property. It is right on Crescent Beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is right by the property. It was on the first floor which was good for us. The apartment was clean and had a full kitchen with fridge. Dave was very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was perfect for us and our stay.

Beach was amazing. Great location for walking to the beach.
The location to the beach was great. The condo is being updated and the manager David was great to work with. The condo is in need of a few repairs and David is working on them. He is also open to ideas on how to make a better stay. As far as the value of bring right on the beach this is a good one. If you rent just let him know what you need. Location location location. You can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony and walk right to the beach.
