Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated.

Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes.

The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool.

There is a door code for entry to unit

Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee

THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY UNIT, 2 DOGS MAXIMUM, IF THE DOG IS A BARKER THEY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT. THERE ARE BREED RESTRICTIONS AS OF MAY 2023 NO PIT BULLDOGS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINCHERS, CHOWS, AKITAS, ALASKAN MALAMUTES, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, SIBERIAN HUSKIES, ST. BERNARDS, WOLF HYBRIDS OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE. IF YOU DOG IS AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY THE HOA CAN REQUEST THAT THE RENTER BE EVICTED. IF PET RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE OWNER WILL BE FINED BY THE HOA-THIS FINE WILL BE PASED ON TO THE RENTER

Had a great trip! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with host. Easy access to beach& room had a nice airy beach feel. Dog walk areas were a little ways away: not hard for us, but an older dog might have trouble.

Perfect Spot
We absolutely loved this place!! Location was Perfect!!! Close to EVERYTHING! The sunrise from the background was amazing! The beds were really comfortable, great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Having the beach in your backyard was fantastic! Great food and Stores very close!! We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a wonderful location to the beach and just a short drive to the historic district/shopping. Our dog had a wonderful time at the beach as did we. I would recommend. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and beach.

Gorgeous views from the unit, feels like old Florida
We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. The rental had everything you could need for the beach and more. The place was well-stocked. The only thing we will pack in addition next time will be decks of cards. Highly rec. 5 star Pizza and Fish Camp for dinner. We will be back, thank you!

This condo was very well stocked with everything… lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bath towels, kitchen supplies. We had a great time. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walks on the beach at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, Publix and historic downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and was well stocked ! Every bed was comfortable and the house was exactly like the pictures. Awesome place if you have a dog!
The hosts have this place outfitted well for your furry friends. My dog has never been able to travel with us and she loved it! Highly recommend for a family with a dog! Everything you need for beach going is already in the condo!

Vacation Getaway
This is our third time staying at this condo for our annual beach vacation. We appreciate the owners' timely communication and attention to details and we love staying here! The location, beach view (from upper level) and access are excellent. The condo is lovely, clean, quiet, fully equipped for our stay, and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog. We also like having a garage along with a balcony facing west to enjoy the sunset. Great vacation getaway!

Great experience all the way around! Only bad part was leaving ... Myself, wife and two daughters and two fur babies spent a week in #12. Great views! Beach could not be more accessible. Great location to explore the area. Again, awesome stay!

This property is AMAZING!!! Beautiful views of the ocean from the 2nd floor MBR balcony. Our family of four & our grand pup had a great time! Beachwalks occurred at least 3x a day! Kudos to Lisa (the owner) for many reasons! Beautiful decor/impeccably clean/best supplies for the beach/ kitchen & bathrooms that we have ever experienced in a vaca rental in St Augustine Beach! Made lots of new memories! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Wonderful Ocean View!
This condo has a direct ocean view from the upstairs bedroom balcony Plus it fronts the dunes which provide privacy on the downstairs patio as well It was very clean and the host provides everything you may need There are 2 pools, a wooden walk way to the ocean, and a good size garage for your car and "stuff" No carpet-which is great if you have your fur baby with you I would definitely recommend this unit

Absolutley wonderful!!
The townhouse was gorgeous and very clean. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect! We'll be back! (The only reason why I didn't give the neighborhood 5 stars was because the morning we were leaving, we were completely blocked in the complex by some crane thing that blocked the only way out, and we weren't notified that this was going to happen.)

The townhouse was updated and very nice! Great location. Our only complaint is that the HVAC unit was very loud, almost like it was starting to go bad. Would wake us up sometimes when it would click on.

This was our first visit to this area of FL. The condo was just as described, very clean when we arrived, and plenty of stock for our stay. Not chintzy at all on TP, paper towels, bathroom towels, etc. The stand up shower was great for my older senior family members who have mobility issues and cannot get in/out of big tub. Lisa was very quick when we called for small issue w/ one of the BR tvs. She went and got a new receiver from cable company and brought it by to install and make sure it worked. It was very helpful that we were able to bring our little dogs with us too. We would definitely rent this unit again if coming to SA.

Stayed here four years ago. delightful unit. Now somewhat rundown. Leaky under kitchen sink, nicks and scrapes on cabinets, cabinet door not closing, burners not fitting on stove, knife cabinet falls out of drawer. Great owner, nice location, but needs updating.
