Tuscan Sunrises and sunsets from this remodeled 4-bedroom oceanfront beauty.

The home is located right on A1A and has ample parking. Please note for those who may have trouble with steps - parking is available with only 6 steps to the front door on the upper deck and then elevator available. Sorry, No Pets.

Three of the bedrooms are just off the main living area. The primary bedroom is ocean facing with direct access to the oceanfront porch and beach walk over. This bedroom features a king size designer bed frame and two full "his & hers" bathrooms. The Second oceanfront bedroom also has an ensuite bath and features a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and ensuite bath and faces the intracoastal where you can enjoy great views of the water and evening sunsets from your balcony. The fourth bedroom is a bunk-room on the lower entry-level of the home and features 2-bunk beds each with queen mattresses. The ensuite bath has dual vanities with a shower bath as well as an additional powder room.

On the main living area and across from the living room you will find a game/dining table based upon your need. The table top can be removed to reveal a Bumper Pool Table or just simply flip the top over for the table to become a card or poker table. Poker chips are available on site. There is also a Theater Room featuring a 60-inch TV screen with 4 large theater chairs to watch your favorite movie or sporting event. An additional HDMI cable is available for connecting to a computer, iPhone or other gaming device.

The kitchen has 4 seats at the bar as well as a large dining for group meals. This well equipped chef's kitchen features a griddle, stove, oven, Keurig and standard coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, bowls, plates, utensils and standard pots and pans.

There are two (2) laundry facilities available on site (one stack set off the kitchen and one full-size set in the garage). There are also 4 beach chairs and other items on site.

Boats can be parked in the lower parking area on the lava rocks or keep your boat at Devils Elbow Fishing Resort just down the street where you can launch your boat in the intracoastal. Guests should check with the resort regarding pricing and any specific requirements.

This was a planned family group trip and this was an amazing location with incredible beach views. The home was large enough that we did not feel on top of each other. The kids loved the theatre room!

Crescent Beach stay
Property has very beautiful views. House was clean and comfortable. Several doors need some work as they could not be secured. Essentially, you leave the house and anyone could find their way in through several unsecured doors. Otherwise everything was operational. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Sunrises and sunsets. The house is so beautiful. We had an an amazing spring break with our kids. The beach is beautiful. Not commercialized at all but close enough for grocery deliveries. Looking forward to another stay soon!!

Relaxing Spring Break getaway
My husband and I brought 6 teen girls with us for Spring Break Week. Everyone had plenty of room, we could cook together, the girls enjoyed the theater room, and we played games at the poker table. The beach was so clean and serene. The elevator made getting around easy. Nice to have ice machines on site for beach coolers. Easy to get to, close enough to St Augustine without the crowds. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Elegant home on the ocean if you want to take your vacation experience to the next level. So much room to enjoy from the main living area to the media room and the large kitchen area. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom for great privacy and the main suite has a his and hers bathrooms which definitely made us feel like we were living in the lap of luxury. Location is perfect for early morning sunrises and a spacious beach area that felt like our own personal part of Crescent Beach. Beach towels and chairs provided by the owners was a plus. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals at home and for having guests over as we have family in the area. They were quite impressed with our choice for our vacation rental. Our only issue during our stay was getting the dishwasher in the kitchen to work. We should have called the property management company but chose to wash dishes by hand. With family living in St. Augustine, we now have the perfect place to bring our family from Chicago when we come back to vacation! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grand old house in need of major TLC. Had a musty smell throughout that permeated our clothes so much we had to wash them when we got home even though we had not worn them. Wood doors are rotting, weeds in driveway, garage nasty and smelly, beach chairs unusable. AC worked well and house was majestic. As it is, I cannot recommend this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful. Did have its fair share of issues for the price point. Overall we were fairly pleased. I would stay here again but some issues need resolving. I reported several things when we first got there. Several of the items advertised did not work... ie Ice machine in garage didn’t work, master shower extra heads don’t spray, main fridge leaks water daily out the bottom (we kept a beach towel there to soak it up), jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work. Just items you would expect to work for the price.

Amazing Home with Perfect Large Family Layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has plenty of parking. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone to find privacy and peace. The beach is wide and spacious. Sunrises through the living room windows and 2 of the bedrooms is awesome. From the master BR, the sunrise can be seen without leaving the bed. The Master bathrooms situation is UNREAL !!! I wont even try to describe it. But yes, that was intentionally plural ~ 2 master baths ! This home is complete luxury ! The hickups ~ Upon arrival, we found the home to be VERY warm for us. The units had all been set at 78 degrees. The master bedroom was 83 degrees and cooking. It was after 5 pm by the time we unloaded our luggage and had this figured out. I called Suncastle and got an after hours person who advised they would get in touch with the managers. Within 10 minutes I was called by Matt. I explained the scenario to him and within another 10 minutes, he called with a name of a service tech that was already on his way. The tech was very professional and fast working. I am not sure what he did but we started feeling a difference soon. Also, I had some guest over for grilled burgers. All hand pattied and seasoned to perfection. I never suspected that the gas bottle on the grill would be completely empty. Did not like it but did not panic. Took them inside and pan fried them. This took longer than it should have as we found that the pan selection in this home was very limited and the largest pan would not hold but 2 of my sized burgers at a time. Those are tiny inconveniences that I will handle on my own on my next visit. We will definitely be renting this home again.

The Perfect Place!

Reviewer Comments: My son lives in Jacksonville, is in the army, and found out he was being deployed We wanted a weekend with our family all together before he left. We have 4 grown children, so finding a place to accommodate all of us is always a challenge. We splurged on this property and were NOT disappointed. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The pictures don’t do it justice! The home was fancy enough for us to feel like we were millionaires for the weekend, but homey enough that we sat around the living room and watched football on Sunday. The kitchen was great! It is well stocked with essentials. We made several meals there as a family. Being able to listen to the waves each night as we fell asleep and to wake up to them each morning was relaxing! The view was spectacular. You could watch the sun rise in the morning over the water and watch it set over the water at night. My son and future daughter-in-law even had their engagement pictures taken while we were there!The location was also perfect. We were close enough to St. Augustine to go there whenever we wanted, but we were far enough away to feel like we we in our own private world. Absolutely perfect place to be able to spend that weekend with our son before he deployed!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home made for a great base for our week family vacation! There were 9 of us and a baby and there is plenty of space. It’s an older home but well maintained. The only thing missing is an outdoor dining or entertaining space at the back of the home overlooking the beach. The back deck is narrow and really just a walkway. The house sits directly on the beach which is pretty private compared to other locations. Crescent beach does allow for vehicles to drive on it and the traffic was minimal. The walk down to the beach is easy but stairs are involved. Watching the sunrise from the master bedroom was a great way to be greeted by the day and we spent most mornings watching it from the beach with coffee. I’m a bit of a beach snob and Crescent Beach is a beach I will happily return to!
