A wonderful stay in St. Augustine for the holidays. The location is perfect to keep you just far enough from the crowds while still being in walking distance to anywhere you could want to go. The house was cozy and just right for two.
We loved the Tiny House in St. Augustine! It is in the best location, just across from the amazing St. Augustine Distillery, Ice Plant, and Fish Camp. And it is only 10 walk to downtown. The house has everything you need for your vacation and the host is amazingly responsive! Thank you!

Little house
Location is best thing about this place. No communication with property owner. Place very clean.
This Tiny House has anything you might need while staying there. We liked the way you could open the wall of the bedroom to go right
iinto the bathroom.i baked while we were there. You can get on the trolley across the street from this house. You won't go wrong choosing this house.
I just Loved this Tiny home and will come back. It was perfect for walking around downtown. It was decorated like a beach home and had everything you need. I highly recommend!
This tiny house far exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. House was fully equipped with anything you could need. We had a wonderful stay!
We had a scooter to get around, but you are easy walking distance to everything. Fabulous restaurants across the street. Somewhat industrial feel, but not after walking around.
Great little place located in excellent proximity to all Historic St. Augustine has to offer.
Beach Cottage sensibility oasis.
Owner is fantastically responsive.
Love this warm as toast hoouse.

The tiny house was perfect for my husband, fur babies & I . Wish we could have stayed longer. Well stocked with everything one needs.
Thank you! Looking forward to a longer stay next time:)
It would be nice to have some pamphlets or a list of close restaurants nearby. Like I have an Italian place of pizza place a burger place a fish place. We didn’t even know that there was a fish camp right across the street until I was walking.
My overall review for this property: There’s probably a Motel 6 somewhere close by that will offer the same level of cleanliness, comfort, and safety at a much lower price.
The house is located across the street from the first legal distillery in Florida, the Saint Augustine distillery. They have a fantastic restaurant and bar attached called The Ice Plant. Though the neighborhood isn’t one you would stroll around it is centrally located and a quick walk will get you where you want to go. The house itself is great, 2 porches and a fairly large bathroom with a GREAT shower. The host was wonderful. Excellent communication all around. I ended up forgetting my wedding band and engagement ring in the house and Brandon was amazing about going to look for them and getting them back to me. It won’t matter how nice a place is unless the host is great and Brandon was wonderful.
This was the cutest little house and they had all the extras you might have missed packing. Very thoughtful and easy to work with. The bedroom wasn’t the coolest so if you tend to sleep hot, bring a fan. Other than that everything was great! Will def stay again!
We had an amazing time! House is in a good location. It’s right across the street from trolley pick up #11. Worth paying for the all day trolley ride.
The house is clean. Yard could use a little work. Bushes on both sides of driveway make it hard to see to pull in and out but if you back in, it is ok.
Would stay here again!
Overall a nice tiny rental located very close to historic st. Augustine, distillery and restaurants. We had a nice time, everything was Close by. Took our dogs along, the yard was big enough for them to play around. The house it’s self is very small however cozy, Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Ian, however would rent again in the future.
Property was in great location. Walking distance to historic district and restaurants. I would recommend improving the furniture. We had to hang out while our son napped and the futon they had was very uncomfortable. I would also invest in a new bed. We were careful when laying in it. Felt very fragile.
We had a great time in this cute and cozy tiny house. It was a must to have our two Labradors with us as we were traveling to our parents house for the holidays. Saint Augustine was a fun visit and the house was comfortable and close enough to town. There were two awesome restaurants within walking distance; Fishcamp and the icehouse, you will want to get a Reservation for both.
Brandon was a great host!
Cozy little place, clean and comfortable. Right across the street from the Distillery and Ice Factory Bar. Close to everything , yet quiet and private would definitely stay there again.
