Escape the ordinary! Come relax, have fun, and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer! Location wise, the condo is a dream! Walking distance from the beach, volley ball , basketball & tennis courts, sprinkler park, playground, the pier, restaurants, bars, ice cream shop and farmers market. Prefer the pool? You will be only a few steps from our brand new, private pool! Feel like sightseeing? No problem! The historic district is only 4 miles away and a MUST for everyone to see!
The space:
This is a newly remodeled ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a beachy, light feel. Our favorite part is being so close to the beach (3-4 minute walk) and literally 20 seconds from the private, brand new pool. All 3 beds are queen sized for comfort.
We offer free wi-fi, Netflix, basic cable, and flat screen tv's in every bedroom and the living room. We also offer a washer and a dryer for your convenience. Our kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking/baking ware and dishes you will need if you decide to cook. We also have a coffee maker and a Keurig.
We will provide the following essentials to get you started: shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, clothes detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee filters.

The apartment was clean and well kept. The pool was 50 feet away. The beach was about a 5 minute walk. It was an easy 10 - 15 drive to old St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Space for Family
My husband and I met up with my parents for a visit in St Augustine and enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. After sightseeing it was nice to have a great place to visit and play board games. Thanks for a great space to create family memories!

The home was as described and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The home was close to some good restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately the beach access road closest to the home was closed so we still had to drive to a location to get on the beach. Not sure how you could check to see if it’s open prior to booking but would be good.

Cute condo
This cute condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults. With a kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and two bedrooms, each with their own full bath, we had plenty of space. The patio offered seating in the shade and felt secluded among lush landscaping. We enjoyed the pool right at our door and the beach only a short walk away. Also in walking distance were restaurants and small stores. What a great location!
