Great St. Augustine Beach Getaway
This condo was perfect for my two sisters and I. It was very clean, well appropriated, and the location really cannot be beat. Nice view of the pool and ocean from the surprisingly roomy deck! I recommend this property without reservation. We were thrilled to find, not only very comfortable beach chairs, but coolers AND ice packs in the freezer. Above and beyond in our eyes. Loved 232 Spanish Trace and would definitely come back again.

The condominium was as advertised only better. It was very well maintained and extraordinarily well organized down to the smallest detail which is very helpful. Owner has done a wonderful job. Great location. On the beach yet still close to the attractions.

The property is exactly as described. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is perfect after a day at the beach. Quiet location with easy access to Restaurants and shopping. We never had to contact the owner because everything was perfect.

Great family friendly condo with everything you need!
We love Spanish trace and enjoyed this unit. Gerry takes great pride in making sure you’re comfortable and goes the extra mile to ensure the extra perks like beach chairs and wagon are included. Super plus for a family of four! Gerry was also super responsive with any needs we had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was exactly as described if not better! It had everything we needed and more. We could have even left some things at home that you already had there. We would love to rent it again in the future! It was the perfect location, convenient to everything we needed or wanted to do. And loved the view and short walk to the beach!

Great Family Vacation
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property, the last time being in 2019. Everything was just as we remembered and perfect for our family. There was an upgraded sofa since we were last there! The place was very clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. We utilized the pool more this time than any time in the past since the Ocean was very rough while we were there. The pool was clean and refreshing. We love the location, so much to do right in that area and so close to downtown St. Augustine, which we visited almost daily. We also drove over to Ponte Vedra Beach to go hunting for sharks teeth, this was also just a short drive and a cool beach to see. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. We enjoyed our trip back to this lovely condo!

The three of us thought the property was cute, but needed updated and cleaned really well. When we walked in, there was debris on the floor. We did not have any kitchen towels or dishwasher detergent for the dishwashing machine. We did wash everything by hand and we had dishwashing soap. We loved the closet that had all the beach equipment. Very handy, useful and it was so nice not having to buy chairs to sit in. That was definitely a plus. It was a really good experience overall.

Very close walk to the beach!
Place was very clean. The pool was great except no rest rooms available. Had to go back to place. Also being seniors, we anticipated them. Also, no washer or dryer in apartment. Just so you are aware. I would highly recommend otherwise.

Felt like home
The perfect home away from home! The condo was fully equipped for every need. The small details made it very special. Cleanliness was above and beyond. Conveniently located with shopping and restaurants close by. Enjoyed a short drive on the beach. Have not done that since childhood. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful beach location
My husband & I were visiting friends in St Augustine and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was just as described. My husband worked on this trip and never had trouble with the internet. Just a short walk to the beach but we could easily see the sunrise each morning from our balcony. There was a laundry mat on the premises very convenient to this apartment as it was very convenient to the elevators. Owner has a closest fully stocked with anything you may want or need to take to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers,etc. The pool on the property was too cold for me in late OCT but that didn't stop other guests from enjoying it. it really was the perfect location for us, the owner always responded quickly with any questions (which we only had one concerning logging into wifi) This was a really great week for us at a great place. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future

Annual Girl’s Trip
We loved the property. Everything was clean, well kept and in a quiet location. We had a view of the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. Everything is provided for your beach enjoyment which is a huge plus. The beds were comfy, A/C works great and the kitchen was well furnished. You will find good food a short distance from the condo.
