Set within walking distance of downtown Saint Augustine, this charming cottage has plenty of space for guests to relax in a quaint but stylish space. This historical home (built in 1920!) boats modern luxuries like central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer for guest comfort. The kitchen features full-size appliances for putting together delicious meals, which you can enjoy out on the shady furnished patio. The space is all ground floor, so stairs won't be an issue. Wind down in comfort at this classic cottage, where you're close to everything but comfortable where you are.

Nice place, clean and comfortable
Clean and comfortable cottage We enjoyed our stay at lincolnville cottage. The interior is like new! Very clean and comfortable. Location is good. Just a tad too far from the historic district and restaurants for us to walk but is easily walkable for anyone without physical restrictions. We travel with a dog, there is a nice park ball field a block away and was perfect for walking our dog. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Fit our needs perfectly!

Cute little bungalow
This is such a cute little house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house was beautifully decorated, up-to-date and easy to find everything we needed. The only thing I would change was I wanted to use the bathtub and couldn’t find any cleaning products so I used dish soap to clean the tub. Overall super adorable, would absolutely stay again.

The inside of the property is beautiful and the cottage is fully equipped. However, did not like the fact that there was no covering on the large kitchen window which was visible from the neighbors and from the street. The internet and streaming worked great, but never did get a code for Direct TV so we could access the cable channels and watch 60 Minutes. The outside of the cottage needs some pressure cleaning to get the green mold off the deck and walls. Convenient off-street parking for two vehicles and many excellent restaurants near-by.

Our First VRBO Experience
My wife and I decided to stay at a VRBO in the historic city of St. Augustine, Florida. Our son had stayed at VRBOs in Florida for several years and had raved about his stay. There was an initial issue with operating the living room TV, the manager was very reasonable and actually gave us a credit for our worries. We just have a few suggestions. More ambient lighting in the living room rather than harsh overhead lights would have been nice. For safety sake, grab bars in the shower/tub would have been appreciated. And a more comfortable mattress in the second bedroom would also be nice. Otherwise, the house is lovely, very clean, has very up-to-date appliances, and the back porch is spacious and makes a nice place to sit for morning coffee. We also enjoyed the historic setting of the house and surrounding neighborhood.

Fantastic experience
Amazing immaculate home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for more. We just wish we could hire whichever contractor managed this place’s interior renovations for own project…too bad we live in Ohio 🙂 And for anyone trying to decide if Lincolnville is the right area for a stay in St. Augustine: This property is a little too far for an easy walk to the main attractions, but the space and quiet more than made up for that. (Families with kids might appreciate the playground around the corner.) And Lincolnville itself is a lovely place to explore, with a rich history of its own.

An adorable little cottage in the historic district of St Augustine made for a wonderful vacation. The inside is completely updated and very clean. All amenities are there for you. Just a short drive to the main part of St Augustine and you can even take a short walk and catch the trolley if you did not want to drive. Would definitely rent again.

Cute Little Place
Very clean and new on the inside. It had everything we needed except the coffee maker was a Keurig and we had to get different coffee. This home is about one walkable mile to historic downtown. Nice backyard for pets except there are ways for them to escape so you need to be with them when they are out there. One other recommendation would be to have a lamp in the living room or add a dimmer switch to the ceiling lights. They were really bright when you are watching TV. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

Cozy, yet very Spacious.
A cozy cottage feeling, yet the floorplan of the house was perfect. An open beautifully renovated kitchen, dining and living area with master bedroom in the back of the house away from all noise. Master bath extremely spacious with 2 vanity sinks. Laundry room with 1/2 bath. House was clean and our communication with host was excellent. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood as it had the diversity of wealthy homes to basic old homes struggling to pay the property taxes. Nice people in all corners.

Perfect location
This jewel of a cottage is tucked away snuggly amongst the grand history of Saint Augustine. Clean as a whistle and all the amenities and more. It was just us 2 adults and the fur babies who enjoyed the enclosed backyard. The kitchen is absolutely accommodating and spacious. The sofa is comfortable, the queen bed was good, the linens were bountiful and clean. Walking distance to marinas, good dining, and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend Linconville cottage for a true Saint Augustine experience!!!

Perfect getaway, close to downtown activities.
My wife and I stayed in this cottage to catch a 3 night run of shows at the ampitheatre. 8 mins from the historic district 12 to the venue. Fenced in backyard was a plus. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the landscape.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs, stayed at this property for 3 weeks in Jan/Feb this year. What a wonderful, warm, inviting home. Enough room that you aren't sitting on top of each other, yet cozy. Everything was provided from towels to sheets and blankets. Top notch appliances and kitchen items. So very pleased. The neighborhood is dripping with history yet was very quiet. The location of the home was super convenient.. minutes to downtown and about15 minutes across the bridge to the beaches.. we went every day as the drive was very very easy. The dogs had plenty of room - beautiful deck and fenced in backyard. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
