To enhance your poolside experience, we offer a pool heating service for a nominal fee of $200 per week. This service ensures that the pool reaches a maximum temperature of 84 degrees Fahrenheit.

To take advantage of this amenity, please request the pool heating option at least 48 hours before your anticipated arrival. This advance notice allows us to optimize the pool temperature for your visit.

Please note that the pool heating service is suspended from Memorial Day to mid-September. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured, our pool remains a refreshing oasis during these warmer months.

Great area to stay close to beach and Saint Augustine! Also we took a short trip trip Kennedy Space Center which was so cool! We also enjoyed the Pool And Pool Table

Family Beach Vacation
This house was great for gathering the whole family together. Big spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as five bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. There were also 3 deck areas where we could relax and a pool area with lots of loungers. The front deck has a nice view of the ocean and the beach access is just down the road. Last but not least, the house was very well provisioned. Lots of towels, dishes, cookware, and beach toys. It was a great house for a family beach vacation!

This property was great for our large family. The accommodations met our needs. We were close to the beach in a good area. The home had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable.

Great stay.
Easy access to the beach. If needed, there is parking for 4 cars. Plenty of beach chairs available but no beach towels...so be sure to bring you’re own. 2 boogie boards there which was fun for the kids. We all had a great time and definitely would stay here again.

This house has it all. It was beautifully renovated, loaded and perfectly prepared for our stay, and the location is amazing. The set up of the house is perfect for multi-families or families that are bringing friends. I would suggest anyone to stay here and may be back with my family sometime.

This was the cleanest property we have been to in years. Well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment. Pool was a big hit. Decks were lovely with nice places to sit. Backyard well maintained with nice landscaping. Easy access to the beach. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the door lock but it was taken care of very quick, even though it was late at night. The guy I talked to was awesome! I highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Great location, 10 min to St Aug, & went indoor sky diving in Jax then watched Daytona 500 - close to it all ! Have to access the downstairs BR via the garage or exterior door, but teen loved her privacy. Got to take our dog on the beach for AM run, so loved it all !

Beautiful House, Beautiful Beach and Beatiful Weather!
This house is as advertised. It is very clean, well maintained and updated. You will have a fantastic view of the sunrise from the top deck which overlooks the Ocean. Access to the beach by foot or 4X4 vehicle's are literally just seconds away. I will definitely look for this house the next time I visit St Augustine. Thanks for the awesome time!

We had 9 people in our group. While the sleeping accommodations were fine the bathrooms were limited. Only two of the 4 baths had showers. The one room that had a futon bed needed doors to provide more privacy. The location was great - only a five minute walk to the beach.
