This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

relaxing getaway weekend
The space is so lovely with the owners beautiful original art on the walls - this is only outdone by the view of the marina and the gorgeous sunsets. My friend and I enjoyed every moment in this well appointed space and ate every meal on the porch to take in the views. It is a very walkable distance to the downtown area / restaurants / shops. We highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay - we wish we had booked for a few more days!

Peaceful stay
Marina Sunset is the perfect escape for a couple... Quiet, relaxing and beautiful balcony views of the marshland and marina. We enjoyed the local restaurants, Mantanza inlet beach, sunset boat cruise and the historic appeal of St. Augustine.

Tenth Anniversary trip
This is a charming little house with great views on both the front porch and back deck. Hyacinth and Michael take great pride in their property and it shows. We would definitely come back again.

MARINA SUNSETS is the perfect place to stay when enjoying St. Augustine. It is in a lovely residential area and only 10 minutes walk from the town. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great unit for a couples getaway
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately for us it rained so we never saw the beautiful sunset. It is a great location. Very close to everything in St Augustine. The grounds could use a little TLC but it was fine we were sightseeing most of the time.

A wonderful stay in a historic neighborhood
From beginning to end, we had a wonderful stay. The unit is in a great location in a historic neighborhood. We used the on/off trolley our first two days to acclimate to St. Augustine. The sunset from the porch overlooking the marsh was stunning each evening. The unit is filled with beautiful original art which greeted us as we entered the property. Thought has been put into the welcoming parking area, walk to the porch and the unit. We will stay again…

Michael and Hyacinths property is absolutely gorgeous and made our stay in Saint Augustine! The property was beautifully put together and was walking distance to everything we needed. We have stayed in Saint Augustine before and this has been our favorite place so far, we look forward to staying again in the future!

Great space and a great location. So nice to have a quiet spot to relax and access to some many close attractions. We had a rental car which made it easy to get around and see a lot. Thanks for an easy and great stay.

What a wonderful place. Everything was just as advertised. Bedding was extremely comfortable and having access to both a front porch and a back porch was awesome. The owners responded quickly with any questions. The ambience with all of the artwork and detailed grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back and recommend this to all of our friends.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Michael and Hyacinth were excellent hosts, providing great recommendations and attention to every detail on their property. We especially enjoyed riding bikes around the surrounding neighborhood. Vilano Beach, about 15 minutes away, was cute and fun. We highly recommend this property!!

Marina Sunsets
Marina Sunsets was absolutely what we were looking for. Close enough to the historic district but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet when needed. Beautiful space with great sunset views of the inlet.
