Enjoy a powdery sand walk over through the dunes to a beautiful Atlantic sunrise or moon rise! So close to the beach. No walking through crowded parking lots and long wooden beach walk overs here. At Spanish Trace you are on the beach!! This condo unit is the closest condo unit to the beach in this area. There is a huge sparkling pool and clean paved deck. Many lounge chairs, table and umbrellas are at the pool for relaxing and enjoying friends and family! Your private patio is covered and has a new bar height bistro set so that you can watch your group at the pool while enjoying the shade. There are two bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms. Two new king size mattress and new furniture to include a queen pull out sofa for sleeping comfort. Renovated with granite counters and tile and hard surface flooring. Large kitchen and comfortable dining and living area for a group of six to laugh, play, relax, and make memories! There is no washer/dryer in the unit but there is one in the complex for guests use. Spanish Trace onsite office will charge $15 for Parking during your stay.

The place was exactly as described. Close to the pool and beach. The property itself was beautiful kept up. The only downside was the laundry facility. It only took coins and didn't have a change machine. But even so we would stay here again.

Memorial Day Memories!
We had an amazing long weekend in this condo. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location by the pool for the kids! Very close walk to the beach and nice beach toys that other guests left that the kids used. Loved staying on the ground floor, very convenient for all of our beach gear. We will definitely be back!

Great location for pool and beach!
This condo is perfect - just a few steps from the large Spanish Trace pool and a few more steps over the dunes to the beautiful St. Augustine beach! Everything you need for a low-key, no frills beach vacay. Grocery shopping and restaurants are close by. Historic St. Augustine is 10 minutes or less away.

Staying Again?? Oh Yes!
We had family staying in a nearby complex that leased Sunday to Sunday. Spanish Trace was more flexible, so that got us there. But the amenities and ambiance will bring us back! Spacious with comfortable furnishings, beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Very nice laundry on grounds! We loved the ground floor access to the pool!

Unit not up to par
Have stayed at same complex for years and even in this unit before when it was managed through Spanish Trace. This visit was not up to par due to the unit having cockroaches (yes, I know it is Florida and there are bugs), no drying rack, limited linens of bad quality, no food storage items (Tupperware), limited silverware, sliding door very hard to open due to rust, smoke detectors were beeping and had to be taken down. Unit was not very clean. Will stay at Spanish Trace again but doubt it will be in this unit.

Great long weekend
Our accommodations were very nice. Large bedrooms, king sized beds, and comfortable living area. We walked right out of our unit to the pool and a short stroll to the beach. I was a little disappointed in the ocean view, but overall a great condo.

Love the property but master bed is terrible
My family has stayed on this property since the 70’s and we love it here. The condo itself was nice with plenty of dishes/cookware. The master bed was terrible to sleep on, I don’t think the mattress has been changed since the early 2000’s. We were a little inconvenienced on the first day due to a leaky pipe in the front room and having to wait for the plumber to come. He ended up cutting two decent size holes in the ceiling and after that I didn’t feel comfortable putting my 9 month old in that room.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and more than enough dishes and silverware for cooking and eating in without having to run the dishwasher after every meal. Property was as advertised. Thank you!

Don’t worry beach happy
Nice condo which is conveniently located next to pool and only a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach. Condo is nice and clean, but could use a little updating here and there to catch up with other rentals. We enjoyed our stay however we spent most of trip at the beach, pool or sightseeing in town and at historical sites which was the main reason we chose St. Augustine.

Loved that the unit was close to the pool and all one level. The only drawback would be that there is no Boardwalk from the condo complex to the beach and my elderly mother had some difficulty walking through the dune to the beach.

Family beach trip
We have stayed in this same unit two times- over the past 5 years. The location is great with easy access to the beach. Sunshine Realty was great and very responsive. The unit is a bit dated - compared to others at the property, and the sliding door was hard to open to get outside but we had a nice vacation with family.

Condo wasn’t clean and had cock roaches.
We got to the rental company after hours so we picked up our entry code and instructions and went to the condo.The password wouldn’t work so we couldn’t get in.Called the after hours number over and over with no answer.Then my husband tried as well.Then they text my husband to leave a message they’re on the phone.I was in shock.So anyways after at least an hour they gave us a code to use so we could get in.The condo wasn’t clean and there was dying and dead cockroaches everywhere.I called the rental company back and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean until the next day.They offered to move us to another condo somewhere else or give us a free night.My husband didn’t want to go anywhere else because he was exhausted from the drive there and then the wait to get in.Just a bad experience.I had to go buy a coffee pot because the one there was disgusting.I felt a little better after it was cleaned the following day.
