Enjoy a relaxing stay in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk or drive to the beach! The unique floor plan is spacious and allows inclusivity from every room while also providing privacy when needed. Have a cup of coffee on either the front or back screened-in porch, play a game of foosball while winding down, and cook up your favorites in the fully stocked kitchen! Centrally located near restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive to Historic St. Augustine.

Walk in through a spacious screened-in patio. Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the large living room that opens up into the dining area. A hallway connects the living area to the bedrooms. The house also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer in a separate hallway by the kitchen, which leads to the garage.

Bedroom 3 doubles as a game room with a foosball table and access to a separate screened-in patio.

A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, providing easy access for guests.

The house is fully available to guests, except for a locked owner’s closet. There is also a locked room off the kitchen, which is used by the owner and has a private entrance that is not accessible to guests.

No pets allowed.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
