Close to I-95 and Historic St. Augustine. Nice & clean rooms. The evening shift reception staff - Spanish speaking is always so nice & very accommodating. She checked us in also last July so I was glad to see her again . Great breakfast!

Terrible stay. First they put us in a room next to the elevator. The hotel wasn’t full so that room should be given as a last resort. All I heard all night was a buzzing noise everytime the elevator moved and then the banging noise from the door closing. Got very little sleep because of it. Then we had no toiletries in the bathroom. So no hand soap to even wash our hands. Tissues ran out after pulling 2 out. The toilet was not cleaned. I lifted up the seat and saw urine stains. Disgusting. Overall one of the worst stays I’ve had at a hotel and I have stayed at hundreds of them throughout the country.

We really enjoyed staying here. Staff very polite, friendly and kind. The lady that cleans in our floor (3rd) very friendly and always greets us and wishes a blessed day (we thought that was nice). The bathroom were spotless clean. My only observation is that the pool needs some maintenance, but no big deal. Definitely we’ll stay again.

Was the worst Marriott owned experience I have had. I would bet that the room we had is specifically for Expedia bookings. There has been a trend that seems to be when not booking through the hotel that you get the worst room available. The air conditioner didn't work. The water was so loud with a banging noise that it woke up my children so I couldn't take a shower. I feel bad for the wonderful employees that have to work there.

Everything went well, with the exception of a guest across the hallway. They kept going in and out of their room like every 5 -10 minutes and this went on from 12:30 - about 3:30am. Truely not a pleasant night. Here we are having our first mini vacation in over 20 years and we got stuck next to these people. Not what the where doing but they where like one door awsy from the side exit of the building.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the check-in lady warm welcome and efficiency. She speaks looking at your eyes and remembers your name. First WOW. As we left the room the first day, we were greeted with a hello, a smile and a do you need anything inquiry. Second WOW. At breakfast, great customer service on both days and pleasant demeanor. Third WOW I did not only got good nights sleep and good breakfast, but I only had a very good hotel stay. Thank you to the staff.
