This St Augustine vacation rental will give you a front row seat to the amazing history, beautiful 19th century Spanish architecture and rich heritage of the nation's oldest city, perfectly perched along the very first Coast of Florida! It's just a short walk into the beautiful historic downtown of St. Augustine; and a stones throw from several great restaurants and bars that overlook the peaceful inter coastal waters. Walk into town for dinner or drinks and catch a pedicab or horse drawn carriage for a scenic ride back home. Home is equipped with a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you should need. Close to EVERYTHING! We could jump on the trolley just across the street really convenient! House was cozy with a delightful back porch perfect for evening socializing with family!

This home was very comfortable and great location to enjoy the many historic sites of St. Augustine. Traffic was terrible over the weekend but the location of the home allowed us to get around easily on foot and avoid all the traffic headaches. William was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for opening this home for rental.

This place is a gem. It is a beautifully furnished two bedroom house with two lovely baths a kichen / dining room and a full-sized laundry room. Location is perfect and William was very quick to respond to questions. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Very Cool older building that has been renovated nicely but retains some of its original charm. Convenient to Vilano Beach and downtown. William was terrific host and very responsive. Would gladly stay at this property again.
