Don't know where to begin, upon arrival we went to check in to our 2 rooms & hotel had no record of our reservation. Clerk was rude & told me that I must have made it at another location. Told me to call Expedia. So, I called & had hard time reaching a person. Spent over 30 minutes on hold with Expedia while they called the hotel. Expedia shared my reservation #, (I could not find on my portal), they each blamed each other for cancellation After 45 minutes the agent rebooked our rooms. She wasn't friendly until she received confirmation, I wasn't trying to con her. Now the room, bathroom was filthy. Toilet had black rings inside toilet and stains. Shower looked like the bottom was black. The faucets & handle were heavily stained with soap scum. Bathroom sink the same. Used Qtip on the floor, spill stains on the wall in bathroom & by bedroom mirror. TV was very old with limited channels and writing on screen very blurry. Daughter's room was just as bad, if not worse. TV wouldn't shut off, food on floor in bathroom. At least she hoped it was food and not rat feces. Pillowcases were dirty. I did not complain to management because she was rude upon arrival, & we had a very busy schedule with event planners for upcoming wedding & was not letting anyone near my stuff. We put towels down on tub floor to stand on and squatted when using toilet. Shoes were a must. The water machine in lobby shut off after breakfast & lobby toilet had poop in toilet. Won't be back. Ugh!
