. We accept up to 6 guests in our home.
. One well behaved small dog allowed, maximum weight... 25 lbs
. There is a $30.00 pet fee per stay. *****
. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.
. One full/queen size sofa bed in the living room.
. Wall mounted 50" smart flat TV in the living room.
. Fast WI-FI Internet Service (Fastest AT&T Fiber Optics - 1000 Mbps)
. Separate desk for you to use, if you plan to do some work during your stay with us.
. The fully functional kitchen comes with:

. electric kettle
. fresh ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, sugar, salt, pepper and other miscellaneous condiments are yours to enjoy.

Guest Check-in instructions
Electronic Keyless pad
Dear guest, you will receive the entrance code one or two days before your arrival.

To unlock front door, enter the code on the keyless pad, you will hear a short buzzing sound for 5 seconds. This is the lock opening the door for you. When the sound stops, the door should be open.
If it is dark when you are at the door, just press the “lock” button on the keyless pad. This will turn the lights on, so you can enter the code without problems.
If you are unable to open the door, please call me or text me. I will be happy to assist.

Interaction with guests

Your privacy is very important to me, but please do not hesitate to call or text me if you have any questions or concerns, regardless of the time of the day or night. I am here to help and make sure your stay is the most relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Other things to note

Once you come through the door, the entire place is yours to enjoy. As soon as you enter, to the right, there is a white door. This is a small closet where we keep our cleaning supplies, etc. This is the only private space in the apartment.

Weekend bike trip to Ancient City
Cozy house close to everything. The house was clean and eclectically furnished. There is plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. We walked to old town for shopping and dinners, walked around the fort, and down to the winery and distillery. The house is very well located to explore America's oldest city.

The property was within easy walking distance to St George St and other things. The house itself was very clean. The one BIG drawback was that it had roaches. We would not stay there again based solely on that.
