Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This location was ideal to the city of Saint Augustine. Recommend Georgie’s for breakfast. Fish Camp for dinner. Everything is so close to city and sightseeing.

The apartment was clean and wel maintained. Cozy but contained all necessities for a home away from home. Walkable to city attractions but in a quiet location away from city noises. Liked the fenced parking lot and on site laundry facilities.

Great location. Many attractions are a short walk from the property. Owners were excellent to work with. Property was exactly how it was listed. Rules were reasonable and we had a lot of privacy. We highly recommend this property. Perfect for two people.

Great place for a getaway
The apartment was super comfortable and clean. It was convenient to get to and the on site parking was big plus. It’s an easy walk to the historic district but far enough away to be quiet when you want downtime. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Best place to stay in St. Augustine!
Amazing location and there’s parking. This is usually very tough in Saint Augustine. Last VRBO I stayed at parking was 6 blocks from unit so not convenient. This unit though is very clean, comfortable, and only 4 blocks from main part of town. Then you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Saint Augustine is one of our favorite go to places a couple of times a year. We have never stayed within the old town area and I must say this place was amazing. It was so close to everything that we enjoy It was perfect and exactly what we needed.
