Property owner emailed prior to arrival to provide everything needed to enter the condo. Place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice getaway
We all enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of a struggle figuring out how to make the cable tv work and didn’t find any instructions for that. But it was a nice and quiet location. Great restaurants nearby and close to historical St. Augustine which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Restful and lovely
The property was exactly as advertised. Easy beach access, great swimming pool, the condo spacious and well-lit. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. Appliances were in good repair, and the kitchen had all the utensils and dishware that we needed. The 10yo appreciate the pool noodle and snorkel! We'd gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, we went downtown for dinner and it was a short drive, when we came back we walked down to the beach and watched the fireworks. The condo was very clean and had a great equipped kitchen.

Great location!
The perfect condo for our family beach vacation! The location was great! A very short walk to the beach, and easy access to the heated pool. It took us a 10-minute drive to see the "Nights of Lights" in downtown St.Augustine. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked and up-to-date. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the great views from the balcony. The owner was very friendly and had a quick response to our questions.

St Augustine Condo Get-Away
We had 6 in our group and although late at registering, Evolve helped us get in contact with the owner and got us approved. The condo was excellent for our group due to 2 large sofas and 3 bedrooms. Also a great kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and a nice looking pool (but outside temp too cold for us). St Augustine was doing their lights attraction which was also fun. Had a great time. Recommend Beachside.

-property could use a deep clean (replace or wash bathroom rugs)- reclining chair in living room doesn’t work -couldn’t use sliding glass door in master — handle broken -kitchen was pretty good. We enjoyed the pool and nice short walk to the beach!

Very nice location for the condo. Great beach access and pool area. The condo is very nice. Three bedrooms and a lot of room being an end unit. But the living area has obviously been upgraded as the bedrooms and bathrooms have not. Would I rent here again. Yes. Just needs sone work.

Lots of room for families to spread out. All appliances in condo worked. Big patio. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Need better instructions for TV and a list of channels. Only had 2 beach chairs and one of those is not great. Need to update the description. Pools were clean and refreshing. Short walk to beach.

This 3 br, 2ba condo was decent. We’d give it a 6/10. Pros: Good layout, nice pool and beach access (long walk though), updated kitchen. Cons: No extra toilet paper or paper towels (had to buy our own) No tv directions No sponge to wash with pots/pans with Poor quality towels Dated look in condo (really needs a good makeover) Blind slats missing No ceiling fans in all rooms No TV in all rooms Ice maker/water in fridge door didn’t work No lid on trash can

Fall Break 2022
Had a good time at this property. There was a few things I wasn’t aware of though. I didn’t know how far away the condo was from the beach, it’s definitely within walking distance, but we couldn’t see the ocean from our room. Also they were doing construction down on the pool by us and woke us up every morning. Also was hard to lay my little one down for a nap with all the hammering and sawing. Also was told by another owner that one of the pools is heated and it wasn’t working at the time. Which would have been good to know cause the temp was around 80 everyday but the pool water was still pretty cool! All around it was a nice place a little dated besides the kitchen, which was really nice.

Very misleading. Don't Rent!!
I rented this property because it is called Oceanfront and Beachfront in the listing. It is neither. Also, the pictures show the oceanfront pool with no explanation. It is on the back row near the road of a beachfront complex. Besides traffic noise, is a ten minute walk to the beach, partly through a paved parking lot. We took my two year old grandson and very pregnant Daughter-in-law, and were careful to find a place close to the beach, ie: beachfront or oceanfront. We were given a name as our contact person but he had no say in the property. It is actually managed and controlled by a company called Evolve. They have a very bureaucratic corporate structure. You are not renting from an individual, so there is basically no recourse other that VRBO. This is the perfect storm to ruin a potentially good vacation. Don't rent it. If Evolve is involved, definitely never rent from them. This was a very disappointing stay at best.
