The first floor of this home was designed for beach goers to come in with sunkissed faces and sandy toes. A bathroom and laundry room await you where you can change out of wet bathingsuits and drop off your beach gear in the connecting garage. As you walk up the stairs to the main living area, you are greeted with spectacular views of the ocean, making hanging out in the coastal living room the place to be! Open the sliders and enjoy the gentle sea breeze with whispers of salt and serenity. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a separate dining are with large windows inviting natural light to stream into the room. Whether you are dining in or dining al fresco style on the balcony while listing to the waves crash against the shoreline, you are sure to unwind and relax with family and friends. There are three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the main living floor and has a king sized bed while the two other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, a king and a queen.
This home does have direct beachfront access and although it is not a private beach it is not as frequented by beachgoers giving you room to enjoy and have your peace and quiet.
After booking our home you will need to provide ID verification and complete our renter agreement.
We request that guests agree to a supplemental rental agreement that aligns with the platform’s terms. Please note, guests are not entitled to any partial or full refunds if removed from the property due to a violation of the Agreement or house rules. Nonpunitive charges detailed in the agreement include:
• $500 for each unauthorized animal or each 4-hour portion thereof of late checkout. • $150 per person, per day (or portion thereof) for exceeding the occupancy limit without authorization. • $500 for smoking in the unit and/or odor removal due to smoke or other reasons. • The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100 per hour) for replacement or relocation of missing items, damages not covered by the damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (e.g., pool, pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors, extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to secure pool gates/doors, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and other acts or omissions. • $500 minimum for septic system pumping due to improper use, such as flushing items other than toilet paper, which can cause a backup.
PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs and $50 for each additional dog. This property allows up to 5 Dogs only. At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply. You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay. There is no weight limit. There are no breed restrictions at this property. Unattended pets must be crated. No washing your dog in the bathroom! No cats allowed
