There is a covered back patio with an upstairs balcony giving you the opportunity to enjoy afternoon breezes and watching sunsets. After a wonderful day at the beach or fishing, unwind by grilling either your fresh catch or something nice you have picked up from the local grocery store on the back patio while taking in breathtaking views.

Great location and plenty of room with teens
Very comfortable place with easy access to beach and pool. There was enough room to spread out or cook or lounge on the patio or balconies. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with.

This beautiful y townhouse condo was in a great location for visiting St Augustine and beyond . It was roomy, comfortably and clean . The pictures are accurate and I would definitely stay there again .

The condo was perfect! Very clean and very well stocked. Beautiful water views of the intercoastal. Very quite and peaceful. Just what we wanted and needed. Christie the host was very nice and always available if needed. Our first time to Crescent Beach and we will be back!

My dream home!
This home is located in a very quiet and serene location. Just what I needed on my last few days of vacation. Homeowner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Local restaurants are wonderful as well. This home has everything you need I would say it is not for parties as it is more of a laid back vibe which is what the doctor ordered

From the moment I messaged the owners with questions Prior to booking the condo to after checking out at the end of our stay, everything has been amazing! The condo owners, Christie and Shawn, were kind and informative before, during, and even after our stay! The condo itself was exactly as it is listed. Beautifully furnished, any cooking utensils you may need, and menus available in case you aren't up for cooking... The view is breathtaking! We saw manatees, and dolphins

Intracoastal delight
Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo, and we really felt at home. The view was lovely, accommodations suited our needs and were very comfortable, location was an easy drive to everything, and the other residents and guests were very kind and friendly. While the majority of the residents are retirees, there were plenty of kids and younger adults visiting. We spent a lot of time fishing from the dock, in the pool, and at the beach which is either a moderate walk across the street or a quick drive around the corner. I highly recommend this condo and Crescent Beach. We will be back!

Gorgeous Sunset Views, Nice pool & Fishing
We had a wonderful 5 night stay in July. The sunset views from the Matanzas river while fishing and from the pool were phenomenal. Communication was wonderful with the owner/property manager. She arranged for more towels during our stay and was available for anything we needed. The pool was so nice and relaxing. Very secluded as most are residents and it's quiet. My kids loved the fishing and area. The walk to green street and to the beach with the many stairs on the boardwalk was the only downside due to the beach buggy and stuff. However there is parking there if you'd like. Everything was magical and St. Augustine and Crescent offers so much to do for families. We would definitely book again.

A Vacation Home Away From Home
Awesome location, with awesome hosts, and hospitality. Definitely will return in the spring! We Came for our son’s 15th birthday getaway with his 2 friends. The beach is literally across the street in the front, and beautiful water and boating view out back. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrellas and all provided by the host. All we needed were clothes and groceries!

Absolutely loved the condo and it's location. Quiet, small condo complex, with almost no one at the pool each day. Views are beautiful, we would watch the boats go by from the condo and pool. When the tide is out, go down by the water and watch the fiddler crabs, there have got to be thousands of them! Did not use the kayaks, but the laundry room had lots of beach items, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys and even an umbrella. Condo is clean, updated, and had everything we needed, just wished we could stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close by to so many things (beach, St. Augustine, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). It was a quiet complex, and the views of the river are amazing, especially in the evening. The condo had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!
