Lovely Cottage
The property is well kept, well appointed and the owners spoil their guests. It was a great place to stay. Close to all historic sights and beach access. Far enough away from hustle and bustle to relax. Neighborhood is mixed use commercial and residential. Not antowwalk or run.

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary while staying, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the complimentary champagne, homemade cookies, and beautifully maintained apartment! If you're visiting St. Augustine, it's a MUST-STAY!

Perfect Stay !!
The location is fantastic, there is a lot of things around and all of the main attractions including the beach are minutes away. I was suprised by how clean and cozy Alibees was upon arrival. We had snacks and cookies waiting which made our stay even more special. I would recommend and will definetly come back (hopefully soon)

A nice one bedroom cottage close to downtown and the beaches.
It was very clean and a very nice place to come home to after a day at the beach or a day of sight seeing.

Perfect hidden gem
This was the perfect little get away. Close to everything you would want to see. Extremely clean and adorable with plenty of space and added small touches that made this place over the top! Definitely recommend!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the little touches; e.g., cookies and candy. The place was very clean with ample parking. The owners were quick in responding to questions and were accommodating when we needed a slightly late check out. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Cottage
This is a wonderful cottage that is located centrally to all the happenings in the area. The cottage is super clean and well equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Great parking area behind the building is a bonus. First timers to this part of Florida, and we'll be back!

Great little house within walking to downtown
Very clean and comfortable house. Excellent and quick communication with the property manager! A little over a mile walk to downtown historic St Augustine, well worth the location to avoid parking issues. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

My husband and I went to St. Augustine to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. This cute cottage was just as pictured and even more! It was super clean, cozy and welcoming. The hosts thought of everything to make the stay so nice. We will definitely recommend to others and stay again if we return to the area. We loved our time!

This was such a great place to stay and it was close to everything. Peaceful and very comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again and plan on it if I find my way back to St. Augustine. The host was very accommodating and was so nice. She cared about our stay and left great details of what was offered for food and entertainment in town. I absolutely would recommend this cottage to anyone looking to get away and relax.
